Is it a secret
If the whole world can see?
I don't want them to understand
What they are seeing,
Or maybe I do.
I think she's catching on
To my secret
I tried so hard
To hide
Or did I?
Did I want her to ask?
Why did I lie?
Did I want her to see
The "secret" signs?
She's completing a puzzle;
I gave her the pieces.
It's my fault she knows:
I didn't hide well enough.
Is it a secret
If I can't hide it?

Take back
