Alex's POV

"oh buti nakahabol ka, how's your check up? " tanong nang principal namin kay Trip, anong check up kaya yung sinasabi ni Ma'am?

Trip smiled at her at madali akong pinasadahan nang tingin, is he hiding something from me?

I kept quiet at naupo na lang, he wasn't talking to me either kaya sobrang tahimik namin habang nag hihintay.

"so how's your check up? Buti pinayagan ka mag travel." sabi ni ma'am, sobrang seryoso ba nang sakit niya para hindi siya payagan?

"nothing serious, colds lang po then asthma ." he answered, his sickness wasn't noticeable kaya di ko naman napansin, he seemed so fine eh.

"that's good, I overheard that you were sneezing you brain out." pabirong sabi ni ma'am, hindi naman siguro ganon ka seryoso yung sakit niya.

I just pretended that I wasn't interested sa kung anong pinaguusapan nila, I kept my eyes shut na para bang natutulog and I was just endeavouring the music.

Nag bukas na finally yung gate and finally makakasakay nako, I was hoping na si Ma'am ang makakatabi ko, I insisted to seat alone pero si Trip talaga yung pinatabi saakin.

Feel ko yung 2 hours ko dito mas nakakaasar pa kesyo yung paghintay ko nang 4 hours sa airport, this is sickening. This scenario na nakakatabi mo yung pinaka ayaw mong makita.

"you've been rolling your eyes since the plane departed, are you having some seizures? " he asked pero hindi siya nakatingin saakin, he was busy fixing himself. He was asking me seriously but he also sounded like he wasn't waiting for any replies.

"nope, I just dont wanted to be seated right next to you." I whispered pero parang narinig niya ako so he stopped moving. I mean, he became honest with me when he told me he had no time to argue with me and so do I. I have to be generally honest.

He called out the stewardess then whispered something in her ear, he then stood up with his backpack then left me alone. He is being too much, I mean yes at somepoint I mean it pero ayaw ko naman na iwan niya akong mag isa dito.

I just wanted to end this trip soon, this is pure of shit. Sana hindi na lang ako sumama, sana nasa kwarto na lang ako natutulog.

The airplane landed and I just connected my phone sa wifi nila dito sa airport, it was pretty fast kesa sa Philippines.

"small briefing lang, uhm here are your room cards para sa rooms niyo, Trip you'll be having the room right next to Alex. Kaya if you have any troubles you can have each others back tas ako I'll be staying at the fifth floor. You can ring me up pag may kailangan kayo." Ma'am said nang makarating kami dito sa hotel, I quickly glanced at Trip who looks really sleepy at parang di na siya ganon ka interesado.

Iniwan na kami dito sa 22nd floor and I couldn't give a damn anymore dahil sobrang wala na ako sa mood at inaantok nako.

My phone started ringing and Kuya was calling me, hindi na yata siya mapakali at gusto niyang vid call pa.

"hey" I greeted, sinet aside ko na lang muna yung kaantukan ko and joyfully greeted Kuya back, nasa likod naman niya si Jax at kinakawayan ako. I waved back at him, "hi late na, bat nasa office ka pa?"

Kuya handed Jax the phone at seryoso siyang nakatingin saakin, "ikot ka, I wanna see your face." he said, sinunod ko naman siya at inikot ikot ko yung camera. "oh who's that? "

Napatingin naman ako sa sinabi niya and he was pertaining to Trip na nakatingin pala saakin, his eyes were dark and sincere.

"oh it's Trip." sabi ko at pumasok na sa kwarto ko, I might be too noisy kaya pumasok nako sa kwarto para makapag pahinga na siya.

"I saw Trip kanina sa hospital, is he sick? " Jax asked at medyo sa couch ni Kuya, they were still in the office at parang busy pa si Kuya sa paperworks.

"kind of, ba't ka nasa ospital? " I asked, bakit parang sa lahat nang pupuntahan nang mga kakilala ko andun si Jax.

"I uh visited my dad." he simply replied, he was playing with his brows and I find it so cute. But I was also wondering bakit nasa hospital yung father niya.

"ba't nasa ospital dad mo? Is he sick? " I asked, sana he's fine.  Jax smiled at me like I said sonething wrong.

"nope, silly. He works there." sabi niya, he stood up at lumapit kay kuya, "I have to go now, mag usap na kayo nang kuya mo, bye! "

Kuya placed his phone where I can see him and his paperworks, he looks good with it buti na lang he pursued this career.

"baka matunaw ako ha." he jokingly said, he was still busy and he just took glances at me. "anyways, I hope Trip's looking after you. Neighbors daw kayo sabi ni Jax."

I hope he does but he does not, he's being an asshole the past few hours, sana pag gising niya bukas magliwanag na utak niya.

"yeah, he does. How about you? Wala ka bang balak umuwi to take dinner?" I asked, he usually overworks himself na parang hindi na siya tao kung mag trabaho, hindi man lang niya alagaan yung sarili niya para sa kumpanya.

"I already ate dinner, ikaw? Alexandra had been calling me during meetings dahil hindi ka daw nasagot sa tawag niya." he said, for sure pinagalitan niya nang slight si ate, nasa meeting siya tas ganon.

"yah, we already talked." I simply replied, my stomach starts growling at biglang napatingin si Kuya sa camera.

"you better eat, kundi ako pupunta diyan para pakainin ka." he said at hinawakan na ang phone para mas makausap ako nang maayos.

We both bid goodbyes na to each other dahil inaantok nako at the same time gutom kaso walang food dito kundi prutas lang.

I decided to fix myself para makatulog na kaso sa other room ubo nang ubo yung guest kaya hindi na ako makatulog at the same time na ba bother ako.
