We were all then transported by hovering ships. Allie and the Loth-wolves ran alongside us at full speed. Rhodey and Sam flew above us, while Bruce was in the Hulkbuster armor.

"How we looking, Bruce?" Nat asked through the comms.

"Yeah, I think I'm getting the hang of it." Bruce said before he leaped up in front as he used the blasters from the suit's hands to keep us with us. He let out an excited laugh. "Wow! It's like being the Hulk without actually-"

We then saw him stumble on a rock, causing him to fall on the ground. I winced. K2 sighed. "I calculate a twenty percent chance he'll survive the battle."

Typho scoffed. "I bet you forty credits he last at least ten minutes into the battle."

"And you will lose those forty credits, Typho Shan." K2 retorted.

Areria shook her head, but couldn't help smile as Typho wrapped an arm around her. At that moment, Bruce contacted us through the comms again. "I'm okay. I'm okay."

"I got two heat signatures breaking through the tree line." Rhodey informed us through the comms.

Once we arrived at the edge of the barrier, we all jumped out, joining the ranks. As we arrived, a man, I later learned named M'Baku rallied his people with a war chant. Once T'Challa approached him, he stopped chanting. T'Challa clasped his arm with M'Baku's. "Thank you for standing with us."

M'Baku then said something in a language I hadn't heard of before. Alotren and Jinx each greeted me with hugs as Maya and I approached them. I had already greeted everyone else.

"We're ready to stand with you, sisalo." Alotren informed us.

"Thank you for being here. You didn't have to be here." I commented. "You could've remained home with your children and your spouses."

"Like Grandma Mangis and Grandpa Boccran always said: 'Ihn Corellisi nyeve min bhiq suman ehin nyiad.'" Jinx reminded me.

"A Corellian never turns his back on someone in need." I responded, translating the phrase.

"The important thing is we're all here." Maya added. "Like the close family we are."

"Whatever happens here...whether we win this battle or whether we lose, we will be together." I mentioned. "We will share the same fate whatever it may be. But I'm glad to call you all my family."

Jinx's smile widened. "So do we, sister. We'll always be together. No matter what."

"Maya, Storm." Steve called out to us.

He then informed us that he, Maya, Nat, T'Challa, and me were going to meet Cull and Proxima at the very edge of the barrier. As we walked towards them, Maya whispered me. "Storm, you know whatever happens I'm not letting you die. I was against you fighting in the first place."

"I can take care of myself, Maya. Besides I need to fight. They need me." I urged. "I can't stand down...not now."

"I know..." Maya said, releasing a sigh. "But, you know Loki would be against this."

At the mention of his name, I turned away from Maya, not wanting to deal with this right now. I can take care of my child and me. Nat then interrupted our conversation. "So you have a brother as well. Is there any other family members you haven't told us about?"

I didn't have to look at her to know she was teasing me. I chuckled. "Unfortunately we don't have that much time."

Once we reached them, Proxima drew her sword out, dragging it across the barrier. I glared at them, pissed off for all that they've done.
