Maya's face fell. "What?!"

Areria groaned. "Really? Her again? And now there's another one....just great."

I then looked over at the wounded android, who was being comforted by the woman.

"Who are they?" I inquired.

"Vision and Wanda. Vision is the android created by Tony with the Soul Stone, and Wanda's an enhanced individual from Sokovia." Steve explained.

As soon as we approached them, I quickly apologized, feeling terribly guilty. "Wanda, Vision, I'm terribly sorry. I wasn't in control of my actions."

"It's not your fault, Storm." Vision assured me. "Like you said, you were not in control."

"You know my name?" I inquired.

"Of course. You're quite famous, especially now that you're wanted." Wanda commented.

I sighed. "...Yeah, that's a long story. This is Maro and Surkea. Maro is the son of two of my best friends, and Surkea is a childhood friend."

"Wait, so your cousins captured them before brainwashing them in front of you? Why?" Nat questioned.

"Because they want me to suffer, like they did." I replied, before changing the subject. "It's good to see you guys."

"Glad to see you're back from your vacation." Steve said before giving me a hug. "How was it?"

I smiled. "It was the best. I'll inform you of everything later."

Sam then approached Vision. "Can you stand?"

Vision shrugged as he stood, leaning onto Sam and Wanda. Vision then looked at Steve. "Thank you, Captain."

Steve nodded. "Let's get you on the jet."

With that we made our way onto their Quinjet. As Sam sat in the pilot seat, I offered to help fly, sitting down in the co-pilot's seat. Once inside, Nat scolded Wanda. "I thought we had a deal. Stay close, check in. Don't take any chances."

"I'm sorry. We just wanted time." Wanda apologized.

"Where to, Cap?" Sam asked.

"Home." Steve replied.

With that we made our way back to the Avengers Facility base. Once we were inside, we found in one of the lab rooms, Rhodey and Typho along with a hologram of Secretary Ross. I sighed. He's the last person I want to see today.

"Mr. Secretary." Steve greeted.

The hologram of Ross approached us. "You got some nerve. I'll give you that."

"You could use some of that right now." Nat commented.

"The world's on fire. And you think, all is forgiven?" Ross questioned.

"I'm not looking for forgiveness. And I'm way past asking for permission. Earth just lost her best defender. So we're here to fight. And if you wanna stand in our way...we'll fight you, too." Steve explained.

Ross then saw me and he lost it. "Storm Odinson, one of the most wanted criminals."

"What did you do?" Surkea whispered.

I ignored her as I spoke to Ross. "If I remember well, Secretary, I helped this planet multiple times. I helped with the Battle of New York, I fought those dark elves with Thor in England, and I've helped out with S.H.I.E.L.D. multiple times when my life was almost in jeopardy."

Ross scoffed. "And that gives you a free pass to come and go as you please? If I remember correctly, one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s bases exploded for no reason with several androids all programmed with S.H.I.E.L.D. tech. And then General Talbot was shot by Daisy Johnson."
