"Storm!" I heard Loki's voice as he caught me before I could fall.

That can't be. Areria can't be alive. I saw her being taken away by the clone troopers while we were on a mission in New Plympto. Quickly Alotren and the others surrounded me, asking if I was alright. I managed to nod as Loki helped me up. Maya, Gida, Tarom, Jinx, and Kina were the only ones who knew why this affected me deeply. Once I was up, I looked down at my wrist where my transmitter rested to see Jinx was still there, and she had such a guilty look.

"I'm sorry to tell you things like this in this type of manner." Jinx apologized. "I know how much she meant to you."

"Who's Areria?" Alotren inquired in confusion.

"Areria was like my younger sister...she was my first padawan during the Clone Wars." I confessed. "She...was half Trailian and half Vahla. I was chosen by the Jedi Council to take her as my apprentice. The Jedi Council also warned me."

"They told me to keep a watchful eye on her since she happened to be half Vahla. And all Vahlas are rumored to have ties with the dark side, whether they are aware of it or not. Thus, they feared she might turn to the dark side." I continued.

"But you said that Areria was taken by clone troopers while you both were on a mission on New Plympto with Master Dass Jennir." Gida mentioned.

"She was..." I said as a lump formed in my throat. "I saw her being dragged away, and I couldn't help her."

"You were injured, sissy." Maya clarified. "Had you rescued her, then you would've been killed right there and then."

"But I don't understand...Why was she found in Trailia?" Tarom questioned.

"Maybe she was put into a Cryo-cycle stasis pod." Maya suggested.

"I need to go to Trailia." I said.

"But you just arrived here." Mom protested. "I haven't seen you in two years."

"Mom, I'll return as soon as I have Areria with me." I assured her.

"And what makes you think she's still herself?" Kina questioned. "You said it yourself the clone troopers that turned on us, dragged her away. What if the Emperor brainwashed her?"

I violently shook my head. "No, that can't happen. This is my padawan we're taking about. She's strong. Areria is strong...There's no way they brainwashed her."

"But it's a possibility, Storm. You're going to have to be cautious." Gida chimed in.

"That's it. We're coming with you to make sure you remain rational." Kina interjected, referring to Gida, Tarom, Hilna, Maya, Loki, and her.

"And so am I." Loki said.

Kina rolled her eyes. "Obviously lover boy. I was referring to you as well."

Loki remained quiet, glaring at Kina, while his cheeks turned red. R3 then beeped loudly, causing me to give him a soft pat. "Of course R3, you'll come along."

I then turned to the others, giving them a sympathetic smile. "Sorry guys...I know we just arrived, but we'll be back."

"You better." Dad warned.
