Chapter 66: This Isn't You

~Storm's P.O.V.~

-Edinburgh, Scotland-

Corvus, Proxima, Maro, Surkea, and I were ordered by Thanos to go to Earth to fetch the Soul Stone while Ebony, and Cull would retrieve the Time Stone. They had no clue where the Soul Stone was, so I used the Force to locate the Soul Stone, finding it in a heartbeat. I then used the Force to find this android who contained the stone on his forehead. It wasn't long until we found the android in one of the streets with a woman with light brown hair. I turned towards the others. "He's over there."

Corvus grinned. "Perfect."

Corvus then pierced the android, stabbing his back. The android changed from his human form as Corvus threw him to the ground. The woman was about to attack when Proxima and I blasted her back into a store. It was about then when Maro and Surkea caught up to us. Corvus then tried digging out the stone of the android with his glaive as the android screamed out in pain. We were distracted that we didn't see the woman get up until she knocked us all back with scarlet beams. As soon as we were up, we followed where the woman took the android. Corvus and Maro fought the android, while Proxima, Surkea, and I took on the woman, who screamed out. "Vis!"

I took out my crimson red double-bladed spinning lightsaber using it against her as she used her scarlet beams as protection. Surkea used her daggers, while Proxima used a staff. The woman fought against Proxima, clashing her energy beams against Proxima's staff. She was only inches away from her face until the woman pushed her back, causing Proxima to hit a wall.

The woman then turned towards Surkea and me. I used my lightsaber before lunging towards her. My lightsaber then clashed with her scarlet energy beams. I used all my strength to push her back. She stumbled back, but stood her ground. I then used the infamous Force grip raising her up in the air before throwing her back like a tooka doll. I turned towards Surkea. "Make sure she won't get in our way. I'm going to check on Proxima."

Surkea nodded before storming over towards the woman. Once I reached Proxima, I saw Surkea hit the wall right next to me. I narrowed my eyes as I glanced over towards the woman. She used her powers to reach the roof where Corvus and the android were. I then saw the woman trying to fly with the android. I glanced over to see Proxima barely getting up. As soon as she noticed them trying to get away, she shot a blast from her staff. This sent the both of them falling down through the roof of a train station.

"Good thinking, Proxima." I commented. "Now they have no where to go."

With that, Proxima, Surkea, Corvus, Maro, and I crashed through the roof before making our way towards the woman, who protectively stood in front of the android. Scarlet beams began to build in her hands. I took out my yellow lightsaber, placing it in my left hand while my red lightsaber was firmly grasped in my right hand.

"You know, you don't have to make things so difficult. You're only hurting yourselves." Maro commented.

"You can surrender now, and give us the stone. And then we'll consider not killing the woman." I added, earning a chuckle from Corvus and Proxima. "Or you can try fighting us, and then we'll tear her from limb to limb while you watch, android."

"The choice is yours. What will it be?" Surkea inquired.

"I'd rather die than surrender!" The woman spat.

"Then so be it." Proxima replied.

At that moment, a train then passed by us, and I felt a presence behind that long train. Once the train left, we saw a silhouette of a person of the other side of the platform. Proxima then threw her weapon at the figure, but he managed to catch it with ease. He then stepped out into the light to reveal himself. I furrowed my brows. He looked very familiar, but different...the beard wasn't there before. My eyes widened. Steve? I glanced over at Proxima and Corvus with a baffled look. "Why do I recognize him?"
