Chapter Twenty Five

Third Person's POV

Jimin doesn't know how the two of them end up walking side by side behind their friends. He kept on throwing Jungkook a quick glance from time to time. The scene earlier was still bugging him.

When he called Jungkook's name earlier, he immediately stopped in his track and pained expression washes over him. Jimin feels like, Jungkook suddenly remembers a painful memory from the past. Jimin wasn't sure but the looked on his face  earlier, it's as if, his eyes were telling him the painful event from the past and...

 Jimin felt that and it hit him right inside his heart.

Jimin yelp in surprise when Jungkook suddenly grabbed his hand and yank him away from their friends. Jimin looked down at Jungkook's hand, covering his small one, he slowly looks up at the back of Jungkook's head, frowning.

And it feels like the time had slowed down as they both walk away, Jimin then looked down at their hands again, lips slowly twitches upward forming into a shy smile. He was confused but he was enjoying the moment, with him.

No, that just at this moment, he was enjoying every moment with the taller male, it makes him feel contented, it feels good every time he's with him.

Jimin can always deny that Jungkook is just nothing but a person who were part of his past to other people but not to himself.

Jungkook snapped out Jimin's thought when he dragged the smaller male inside a convenience store. Jungkook removed his hand from holding the smaller one, Jimin gazes down and stares at his own hand, he smiled faintly and fisted his hand before looking back at the other male. 

Jimin finds him looking for something and Jimin decides to follow him. The smaller male follows him silently behind his back, he smiled softly because it looks like he will going to treat him. Jimin stops and stayed still, he bit his lower lip and then scratch the back of his hair, he looks away, heart fluttering.

Is he really going to do that? He silently asked himself.

"Do you want ice cream?" Jungkook asks and then Jimin looks at him quickly, his face light-up and hummed in response hurriedly, Jungkook moves towards the freezer and opens it.

"What flavor do you want?" He asks Jimin, the younger male grins.

"I think you know what it is." Jimin replied. Jungkook smiled and took out the vanilla flavor ice cream before walking towards the counter with Jimin following him behind face happy. He's happy about the fact that, Jungkook didn't deny it and just took out his favorite ice cream in silence.

The two males are now seated on the bench with Jungkook treating Jimin's bruised chin, it looks like it pains the smaller male every time Jungkook touches his skin but the taller male chooses to ignore it even though he feels bad inside.
