It's Complicated {{Yuliy X Reader}}

Klarwein

Getting to the bottom of the mountain, Bishop parked his car before turning off the engine, "alright. This is the end of the road for this car" he said turning to Yuliy who leaned over his seat, tapping (name) on the shoulder to wake her up. "(Name), we're here" he announced.

Hearing his voice ring in her ears, the half-vampire's eyes opened "hmm..." she hummed as she rubbed her tired eyes. 'When did I fall asleep?' (Name) asked herself looking out the window seeing the snowy mountain; "(name). We're here" Yuliy repeated. It was plainly obvious that the younger teen hadn't processed what he said beforehand.

After seconds of staring off into space, (name) finally realized what Yuliy was referring to. Upon doing so, the (h/c)nette rubbed her eyes one more time and sat up to pop her back. Feeling her joints popping, (name) grabbed her instrument case mumbling a lazy "let's go" as she opened her side of the door. The two males followed her action getting out of the vehicle.

Yuliy opened his map again as Bishop and (name) studied the contents of it. "So if we get to the top of this mountain, we'll find the road to where the Ark is" the Sirius mentioned to the two who nodded their heads accordingly; "only problem with that is the snow. The wind is starting to blow too which only means by the time we get to the top, it'll blow harder" Bishop said as he gazed at the top of the mountain towering over them. (Name) hummed in response before her gaze turned sharp as she said: "and hopefully we don't meet any vampires" with a dark tone.

Both Yuliy and Bishop agreed but even if external conflict was bound to happen, they were determined. So without any further thoughts, the inhuman trio hiked their way up the mountain. As minutes passed, the air became colder, snow heaped up in thick piles, and the wind blew cooler.

Conditions weren't perfect but they made the effort. The sky has turned a dark grey color with the trees bare creating an eerie feel. Making sure (name) was doing alright, Yuliy looked back to the younger who had her hoodie pulled over her head as she clutched her jacket close to her. Her nose was red along with her cheeks and Yuliy was sure he looked the same way.

Just as he turned back forward, he stopped in his tracks upon seeing something quite peculiar: monsters similar to those that were on the train were lined up with a thin, balding old man in the middle behind them.

"I was waiting for you!"

He cried out in a harsh shrieking voice. By the looks of it, he was some sort of scientist- mad scientist. With each passing second of him speaking, his voice became more psychotic. The man introduced himself as Klarwein, a man who was referred to as a 'wizard' for his technology that was mistaken for magic.

"You made mechanical vampires?" Bishop asked. Clearly, this man was before his time. Klarwein nodded saying that, yes, he was the one who created them based on a human experiment. Something the two former Jaegers were familiar with. "Now let us begin the mass production experiment as well!" The mad scientist shouted as he shot a bullet out of the tank he sat on top of.

Dodging the bullet on time was the least of the trio's problem because the moment they regained their composure, mechanical vampires lunged at them. Splitting away from one another, they each prepared their weapon. (Name) ran up to one, slid underneath it while wrapping her wires around its legs before jumping backward in front of it as she caught its hands within the wires. Pushing her fatigue back, she used it to knock down more monsters down the cliff where their demise was promised.

Aware of the presences of other mechanical vampires behind her, (name) ran to the side just in time to avoid their flamethrower attack. Regrouping with Bishop and Yuliy, (name) glared up towards Klarwein who laughed maniacally; "if I hadn't remodeled the vampires like this, they would be dead!" Bewildered by his statement, the half-vampire's brow rose.
