so yesterday in the philosophy class (which is one of my faves rn) we were discussing preconception and stuff and somehow we also talked about homosexuality and homophobia, and how people accept it (or not)
the guy that sits in front of me openly said he was homophobic i mEAN
idk if he was joking or not but that's not a cool thing to say dude. it annoys me so much how some people think that someone that likes other person from the same gender has something wrong, everyone is allowed to love whoever they want
i talk a lot about this topic with my parents, my dad once told me that he saw in the subway a gay couple and they kissed and that he thought that they shouldn't do it in public
oh but a straight couple can suck eachother's faces off in public and no one points it out?!!?!?!
[ps: pda is v gross. i hate walking in my school and seeing couples getting it on. dO THEY KNOW WHERE THEY ARE. IT'S A SCHOOL. EW JUST SAVE IT FOR THE BEDROOM, though most of the couples that do this are kinda young to start a sex life, srry]
i love my father and all but i don't agree with him, if a straight couple can hold hands and kiss and do everything in public, why can't a gay couple do it as well? aren't we all equal?
point is love is love, it shouldn't matter if you love a boy or a girl, who cares about the gender of who you're dating. if you're happy than live your life and don't care about whatever anyone has to tell about it
