"I already told you not to be stubborn, Javen. Pero nagmatigas ka kaya ito ang napapala mo!" mom hissed real irritated as she eyed my sis with her famous warning look.

Mom never stopped scolding Javen until we got out of the private room where we decided to confine my sister.

She was caught in an accident 3 days ago and she had some injuries with her. Just earlier, when mom and dad are busy taking care of the bills since she's gonna be discharged today, she tried to go to the restroom and almost hit her head in the doorway! Real sh*t happens and it happened earlier.

I know that I have a clumsy sister, but to have two clumsy heads is actually fortunate. And hey, kindly note my handsome sarcasm.

"Kaya nga sorry, mom. I was—"

"No. You could've been—"

"Stop this already, everybody. Lhubs, stop now... hm? Javen's fine, thank God." "And you, little woman... Don't be so stubborn next time. 'Wag kang umaalis nang walang kasama. Am I clear?"

Napasipol ako. Dad being the neutralizer again. He's been always like that. When arguments rise, he would just boom— and then we're done. As for my case, hm, I would be one of the troublemakers.

"Sorry, ma... pa. Hindi na mauulit," my sister apologized, for like the 10th time already. I scratched the back of my neck and glanced at some nurses and even patients eyeing me.

I smiled tightly at them and they were squirming again! I cannot just ignore them, can I?

"Siguraduhin mo lang." Awh.

When we reached the second floor, I was even more shocked to see someone I really know coming out from a room. Her eyes were ice cold but they were red-rimmed. She looks like she's really about to cry and I fell worried sick!

Who made her cry, damn it!

I immediately excused myself from my family and when they saw where I was looking, they nodded.

"Are you really sure you'll be fine after this session? Hindi biro ang—" the young doctor started. I saw my Quin motioned her to stop. What session? What is this?

"I'll be fine, doc. Kasama ko naman sina manang para alalayan ako kung sakaling 'di ko kayanin." Her voice sounded so calm but I can clearly feel the tension and worry she has. Is she damn hiding something?!

"I know you're a fighter but—" The doctor's eyes settled on me who's just behind my girlfriend. "M-Mr. Del Fierro! Napadaan ka yata."

I forced myself to smile but I know I totally not look like it, tss. My girlfriend turned to me and that was more like it. I was able to smile wider than I did and she smiled a little in return too.

So beautiful even in her black trousers, blouse and loafers. With such color, her fair complexion is heightened and she is damn breathtaking. F*ck.

"My sister's here for 3 days already and she is supposed to be discharged today. Hhm, what is my girlfriend doing here?" I wrapped my arms on her shoulder and she wrapped hers on my waist. Can I say this is actually the most comfortable spot next to her luscious lips? Because yeah, this is.

"May session lang ako ng eye test dito, Raven. Kumusta naman si Javen?" I can't help but raise my brow a little.

"Why didn't you tell me about this commitment of yours? Sana naman ay nasamahan kita." I don't enjoy missing attending any of her commitments especially because I want to always be there, wherever she is.
"And yeah... Javen's fine. Just some scratches. How about you, honey?"
