Over at the library in CHS, the ninjas were talking about the Friendship Games and what has been happening recently.
Sunset: *pacing around* "There is defenitely something weird going on". Fluttershy: *petting Angel* "You mean those alien robots who call themselves the Kraang"?
Leo: *drops down from nowhere holding a book* "Or what they were doing with mutagen"?
Twilight: "Not to mention this amulet". *shows the amulet*
Sunset: "Yeah exactly, don't you guys want to know what their up to"?
Fluttershy: *shivers* "I don't even want to guess".
Slash: "Lets just hope that whatever they're up to doesn't have anything to do with magic". "Because the last thing we need is yet another enemy bent on world domination coming here from Equestria".
Sunset: *smirks*
Wallflower: "I agree, the last time I used Equestrian magic...I ended up giving Leo amnesia".
Leo: "And I forgave you after that stone was destroyed". "We all forgave you".
Wallflower: *smiles* "Thanks..."
Rainbow Dash: "Changing the subject of this conversation, we still have the Friendship Games starting tomorrow". "Not to mention the whole problem with..."
Everyone but Sunset: "Crystal Prep"
Rainbow Dash: "Not to mention the fact that they totally pranked us by defacing the wondercolt statue yesterday".
Sunset: "Why in the world would they go through so much trouble just to do that"?
Slash: "Because the Shadowbolts are our biggest rivals".
Twilight: "And it is something that the students at Crystal Prep would do". "Trust me, I know all too well".
Rainbow Dash: "Because even though they beat us in everything, *shows pictures of the games* soccer, tennis, golf...they still have to gloat". *shows Sunset of what happened to the statue*

Fluttershy: "No, we'll be fighting against a school full of meanies". "Not everything has to be magical to be important".
Sunset: "You're right...I'm sorry...I know it's a big deal".
Leo: "It's okay Sunset, besides... mutants can't compete in the games anyway".
Twilight: "Wait, so you and Slash aren't competing with us".
Slash: "Nope, apparently our "mutant abilities" give us an unfair advantage in the games". "Which is actually true".
