With the Shellraiser built and fully operational, everyone went off searching for the mutant late at night.
Twilight: "Everyone keep an eye out for the mutant".
Rainbow Dash: "Don't have to tell me twice". "Speed Demon is not getting away this time". *aims the cannon at nothing*
Wallflower: "Speed Demon"?
Rainbow Dash: "WHAT...its the perfect name for him".
Sunset: "How about we just focus on finding him first". "And think about naming him...*makes Rainbow Dash stop aiming the cannon* and blasting him later".
Fluttershy was looking out the window while Slash was driving. But all of a sudden, she spots a car come out of nowhere and started driving towards them at high speed.
Fluttershy: "Slash"!
Slash: "Yes"?!
Fluttershy: "He's here"!
Slash looked out the window to see Speed Demon coming towards them.
Slash: "Hold on everyone"! *drives faster*
Speed Demon chased them around the city trying to ram into them. But once he ended up getting in front of the Shellraiser, Rainbow Dash fired the garbage cannon at him. Speed Demon was able to avoid most of the shots that were fired at him. But some of them landed a hit on his car.
Slash drove the Shellraiser next to Speed Demon and rammed into him on the side.
Speed Demon: "Oh, so you want to play it that way huh".
Speed Demon then rammed into the side of the Shellraiser. Slash made the Shellraiser do the same. Now both vehicles were pushing against one another.
Slash: "Leo...Sunset, nows your chance"!
Sunset: "We're on it"!
Leo opened the side door to the Shellraiser and both he and Sunset leaped onto Speed Demon's car. Making him drive off at high speed and leaving everyone else in the Shellraiser having to catch up to him. Speed Demon tried shaking Leo and Sunset off, but they managed to hang on to him.
Speed Demon: "GET OFF YOU HITCHHIKERS"!
Sunset: "WHY DON'T YOU...*grabs steering wheel*...PULL OVER"!
Sunset turned the steering wheel, making Speed Demon's car spin out of control. Leo saw that the car was headed towards a wall. So he grabbed both Sunset's and Speed Demon's arm and jumped off the car before it crashed into the wall. Leo and Sunset landed on the ground safely on their feet. But Speed Demon ended up hitting the ground hard and rolled away a few feet away from Leo and Sunset before he came to a stop.
Leo: "Alright...its over Speed De...wait what"?
Leo and Sunset saw the mutant morph into a human. The same one that disappeared a few nights ago.
Sunset: "Wait...you're not a mutant"?
Man: "You have to get away...that thing is crazy"! *runs off screaming*
Sunset: "But if he's not the mutant... then that would mean the car is..."
Leo and Sunset looked at each other as they quickly realized who Speed Demon really was.
Suddenly, Speed Demon's headlights turned on behind Leo and Sunset. They turned around only to see what was supposed to be the hood of a car, open up to reveal a mouth.
Speed Demon: *screaches*
Leo/Sunset: *screams*
Speed Demon drove forward towards them with his mouth open.
