It was 3 in the morning and I laid awake in my bed. I couldn't sleep with the thought of Sarah being mad at me, that I didn't wanted to sleep at hers. My phone buzzed and I hoped it was a message from her, but it wasn't. It was just a stupid notification from Twitter. I sighed and opened our chat.

She didn't answered and I pushed my phone under my pillow

She didn't answered and I pushed my phone under my pillow. Some tears streamed down my face and I slept in.

The next morning I woke up with red puffy eyes and thanked God that it was Saturday. My first action was to look at my phone and there was a text from Sarah.

I fell back asleep and when I woke up again I saw her answer

I smiled at my phone and pushed it back under my pillow. I turned to my right side and closed my eyes. Since it's Saturday I could still doze a little bit more.

At 10am I stood up like a zombie and slouched into the bathroom. My mom saw me on the way and giggled at me. "Don't laugh" I said to her and closed the door. In the shower I turned on the water and nearly screamed with pain. I forgot about the scratches on my back and tried to slowly get some water on them. It was nearly impossible to take a calming shower with the itching pain on my back, but I did it.

I stood in front of the mirror and observed my body. The hickeys on my body were really dark and the scratches heavy. I looked like I got in a fight. "Sarah will pay for this" I whispered and smirked devilish.
