A Little Big Thing:
Ladies and gentlemen I can feel
Ladies and gentlemen, I do believe I have a crush
An itty bitty little thing so small but so real
In the factor that reminded me I can feel
After being disingenuous for so long
A silly high school girl style curiosity
The reminder that I have the ability to recreate a new me
Party nights and no shoes
Coloured lights and dancing with friends like fools
The brisk fresh air thrill of knowing you can suddenly feel
A reminder of giggling, adolescent youth
Ladies and gentlemen I do believe
I have a silly little crush.
And it feels damn good to not have to feel so much.
