Chapter 12

Rhys' POV

After we ate, she decided to go to her dad's immediately. She's really a weird one. Didn't she aware already where she was running in the rain because of it? And now, she acts like nothing happened yesterday. And the thing is she's really silent and serious at the moment.

"Hey." I say to break the silence. She just stared at me. "Are you--"

"Tagalog nga diba?" She cuts me off.

"Sure ka na ba?" I asked.

"Na ano?"

"Na makita ulit Dad mo."

"Oo naman. Bakit hindi?"

"Remember kahapon?"

"Sandali nga, bakit parang ikaw ang kinakabahan kaysa sakin? At taglish is not counted ah. You're so conyo." She stated.

"Ano?"

"Basta yun na yun. Bawal na taglish."

"Dami mong alam." I mocked her again.

"Wait, alam mo marami pa naman oras eh. At hindi pa naman ako nagmamadali. Gusto kong pumasyal muna." She said smirking.

"With all the baggages na dala dala ko? Are you ser--"

"Ano ba sabi ko? Diba bawal na magtaglish?" She said pinching my arm. "Tara na!" Tch!

We go to some places that she wants to go like amusement park.

"Ang gandaaaa!" She cheered as we buy tickets.

"Let's get done with it so you could go home." I complained.

"Ano kayang magagandang rides dito? Suggest ka nga." She said.

"Ewan ko." I simply replied.

"The sea dragon?"

"No."

"The roller coaster?"

"Definitely no!"

"Bilang nagenglish ka, sasakay tayo ng rides ayon sa pinaka ayaw mo." She took an evil smile.

"Balakajan." I directly said and tried to escape her but I failed.

We are here now in the front of the roller coaster and she's really ecstatic about it. Why do I ever agree to this?!

As the engines starts and the trail is getting higher and higher, I'm really starting to get nauseous. It's very high.

"Woi. Okay ka lang?" She asked. I didn't respond.

"Wag mong sabihing takot ka sa--"

"Shut up!" I interrupt her. "I just..."

"Okay lang maging takot. Walang makakakita sayo." She grinned. "At isa pa, di lang ikaw ang may fear of heights." She said and winked.
