Rhys' POV
Today I woke up late with a massive headache again.
Why am I having bad dreams lately?
Some of my Dad's pawns came here either to help me pack my things or they're just here to watch me in case I'm thinking of escaping. What a bunch of idiots.
After I packed my things up, I'm ready to go to the airport.
"Young master, Miss Ramona would like to inform you that Miss Ramona's flight was ahead of you due to her prior meeting at Osaka." I just ignore the notice and put some earphones on.
Meanwhile, I arrived at the airport. I go straight to a coffee shop to order coffee.
"So you're finally going home." Said Argel while taking a bite to an apple.
"I didn't know you were coming to get me. I would've bought some twinkies." I said to the only trusted personal minder and an old friend of mine. He's not only my protector, he's also my mentor in Martial Arts. To me, he's more like an older brother of mine.
"Funny." He scoffed. "So what makes you decide to go back again?" He asked.
"I found something interesting there." I answered.
"Something or someone?" He raised an eyebrow. "Nakita ko tong nakasabit sa tapat ng gate mo." He stated and hand me a paper bag.
"You were at my house?" I asked, he just shrugged.
Argel's POV

"What can I do for you, Chairman?" Pormal kong tinanong si Chairman Delmundo, the big boss of Euphoria, at lolo ni young master.
Malaki ang utang na loob ko sa pamilyang Delmundo dahil simula noong namatay ang mga magulang ko at naging ulila ako, sila ang kumupkop sa akin, binihisan, pinakain at pinaaral ako.
"Gusto kong sunduin mo ang alaga mo sa Japan." Sagot ni Chairman. Nagulat ako dahil nalaman niya na nasa Japan si Rhys. Pero di ko ito pinahalata sa aking reaksyon. "Uuwi na siya dito sa makalawa."
"Yes Chairman." Sabi ko. Marahil may ginawa siya para mapabalik si Rhys dito. Sariling tatay nga nito ay nahirapan sa pagsuyo, lolo niya pa kaya na kinasusuklaman niya ng husto?
"You can go. Keep me updated." Aniya. Yumuko ako at umalis sa office ni Chairman. Isa lang ang taong nakakaalam ng mga plano ni Chairman. Iyon ay ang aking matalik na kaibigan.
Kumibit balikat lang siya. "Imposibleng wala kang alam." Sabi ko.
"As if na may magagawa ka." Sabi niya at may ipinakita siyang article sakin.
Nanlaki ang mata ko sa aking nabasa. "Totoo ba to?"
"Mauna na ako sayo at may meeting pa ako na dapat puntahan." Sabi niya at umalis na ng opisina niya.
Bakit pumayag siya na macancel ang engagement? May nangyayari ba na di ko alam?
Pumunta ako sa JADE University para kausapin si Master tungkol dito.
