Kaori groaned waking up from the streak of sunlight peeking through her window.

She opened her eyes and struggling to get up the bed when she heard several knocks at her door.

Crap, ang sakit ng ulo ko. Kaori thought groaning while massaging her temple.

When she finally managed to slid off the bed and opened the door, she saw Andrea in front of her, holding a tray of food.

"Here." Andrea muttered while handling the tray. "Kuya said to give it to you. You badly need it daw kasi for your hangover." She continued.

Syeteng kalabaw! Oo nga! Nalasing pala ako kagabi. Kaori bit her nail as she remembered that part of her memory from last night.

Kaori saw a bowl of chicken noodle soup with boiled egg, a banana and a cup of honey tea.

"S-Salamat." Kaori shyly thanked Andrea in a hoarse voice while receiving the tray and let Andrea enter her room.

"What happened ba kasi kagabi?" Andrea asked.

Kaori then think of what happened last night but failed to remember.

"Ahm..." she just hummed and still thinking for an answer.

"Hindi mo naalala no?" Andrea narrowed her eyes at Kaori.

Kaori shyly lowered her head and nodded in response. She just awkwardly taking a good sip of her honey tea.

"Well I saw you and Kuya last night getting clingy and such." Kaori almost spilled the tea with what she heard from Andrea.

"H-Huh?"

Andrea just shrugged. "I'll go ahead na. I got a date today and I don't wanna be late." She said and went to the door. "Bye step sister." She bided goodbye and left Kaori with so many question in her head.

ANONG NANGYARI KAGABI?! HINDING HINDI NA TALAGA AKO IINOM NG ALAK!!!

That's the most important question that is going on Kaori's mind... She even brought it at her work.

"Huy! Sobra na yan." Lie warned Kaori when she almost put too much whipped cream on the cup.

"Ayy! Sorry." Kaori panicked and managed to fix the said order and gave it to the customer.

"Salamat Lie, muntikan na ako doon." Nahiya naman si Kaori at nagpasalamat sa kaibigan sa pagtulong sa kanya.

"Anyare ba sa'yo beh? Lutang ka ngayon ah." Tanong naman ni Lie sa kanya.

"W-Wala. May iniisip lang." Kabdong sagot ni Kaori sabay naiilang na pagtawa.

"Medyo namumutla ka rin. Sigurado kang okay ka lang?" Nagaalalang tanong ni Lie. Bihira lang kasi ganito si Kaori.

"Good lang ako, Lie. Medyo sumasakit lang ulo ko. Pero keri lang." Ngumiti naman si Kaori at tumango tango na okay lang talaga siya.

After their lunch break, Kaori felt quite ill and Vince noticed it. When Kaori stood up, she almost fainted and Vince quickly catches her in sideways. He placed his palm on Kaori's forehead.

"She's burning up." Vince said.

"Hoy! Kaloka ka! Sabi ko na nga ba eh, di ka talaga okay. Bakit di mo sinasabi na may lagnat ka ah?!" Lie scolded Kaori and brought her at the personnel's quarters.

"I think we should take her home." Vince suggested.

"Mabuti pa nga." Lie agreed.

"Eh sinong papalit sa akin? Marami pa namang customer ganitong oras." Nagaalalang sambit ni Kaori.
