As they entered the Manila bound, Rhys stopped to a gasoline station for a refill.

He spotted his most trusted man Argel, who is leaning in front the bump of the car.

"Here's your keys." Argel handed over the keys of Rhys' mustang, and taking over the van.

"He's going to take all of you home individually." Rhys informed the group.

They're exhausted already from the travel, they just nodded in response.

"Kaori."

"O-Oh?"

"Get your bags, I'll take you home." Said Rhys and she then obeyed him.

"Ingat kayo pauwi." Kaori bids goodbye to the four friends while they silently waving her at the back.

She grabbed her things and stepped out to the van to follow Rhys.

"Akin na." He offered.

Kaori then gave her things to him. He unlocked his car and put Kaori's bags in the back then open the door for her. She hopped in the passenger's seat while Rhys being a gentleman, closed the door and went to the driver's seat and begin to drive.

Kaori is still silent and just spacing out, looking at the lights of the city.

Hindi naman ito mapigilan na hindi mapansin ng binata kaya huminto ito sa pagmamaneho. He parked his car in the middle of the bridge for them to talk.

"Let's talk about it." Rhys started the conversation.

"Huh?"

"Ask me again." He said.

Kaori then lowered her head, hesitating to ask the young man.

"Kaori." He said, this time holding her chin and lifted it up to look at him. Kaori blushed as their eyes met.

"Ask me again and then I'll give you my answer." Said Rhys in a deep voice.

"Are we going to stay the same? You know, acting like we're strangers." She finally questioned him.

"You want to stop the act?" Rhys answered by asking her.

"Ayan kana naman eh. Sinasagot mo ko ng patanong din." She whined.

"Cause if that's what you want, then I'll grant it for you." She stopped pouting her lips as she heard what Rhys just said.

"Eh? Teka, sigurado ka?"

"If it happens, it will be different from what I have planned though. Pero ayaw din kita makitang malungkot at nahihirapan." Said Rhys, cupping Kaori's cheek with one hand.
