May and Tony have joint custody of Peter in this btw, (but Tony is with Pepper who also has custody of Peter) and they all live at S.I.

Also this is what Vivian looks like but her eyes are green cause I'm too lazy to write a description and this also happens to be one of my favorite singers oops.
"Mr. Stark, there is a teen here requesting to see you, he looks like he's in bad shape," Tony's receptionist Vivian alerted Tony who was currently in his office working on suit designs.
"Tell them that I'm busy and to schedule an appointment," Tony says, not looking up from the table.
Vivian bites her lip knowing what she's about to say will upset him, "He's claiming to be son,"
Tony's expression immediately darkens. His son was a touchy subject for him, everybody knew that even the interns. So you could imagine that someone pretending to be his son was just cruel, "Tell them I said to go to hell,"
Vivian sighs, expecting that response, "Will do sir,"
Not that she would tell them to go to hell because she wasn't like that but she would simply to try to get them to leave.
"I'm sorry. But Mr. Stark is currently in the middle of an important meeting right now," Vivian apologizes to the brunette teen with dark hair, and bags under his eyes and a face that is so bruised up and red that you would think he was a grape gone bad.
The boy rolls his eyes, "Do you really think I don't know that my dad is probably just just working on his suit designs and thinks I'm lying?"
Vivian bites her lip, and mentally scolds herself for doing that it's a bad habit of hers, "Look, I don't know who you think you are but his son is dead, okay? He drowned in a river, and what you're doing is just cruel,"
The brunette scoffs, "So that's what they told everybody," He says with an annoyed tone.
"Look I know that this all seems crazy but I am his son! I. DID. NOT. DIE. Just do a DNA test better yet, FRIDAY will recognize me. I promise,"
Should I? Vivian thought to herself. What if it really is Peter? That would change everything- and if it is him we really need to get him to the med bay because he looks like hell.
And she's not says that about his looks, he actually looks like hell, his eyes were bloodshot and we're full of fear his sleeves were rolled up, exposing numerous cuts and burns on his arms and a nasty cut under his right eye and other bruises/cuts on his face.
Vivian sighs in defeat, "Alright, fine. But if FRIDAY does not recognize you then I will throw you out,"
"Yes, ma'am,"
"Peter Benjamin Parker-Stark entry level 10, welcome back Peter. It's been a while," The A.I. says when Peter walks through the scanners, even though Peter knew he was Peter he still sighed of relief.
