Jai and I are laid up in the bed just talking. Well she's doing most of the talking. She can tell I don't look my normal self and she can sense that something is off.
"Baby what's wrong?" she asked caressing my face.
Of course I withheld information and told her that i'm fine. She let it go for now because there's no sense in ruining this beautiful moment of us laid up enjoying each other.

"Baby" I said barely above a whisper.
Jai was dozing off but I can tell that she's still somewhat awake.
"Hmm?" she questioned.
I continued to stroke her back as I stared at her with her eyes closed. When I didn't say anything she opened them up and saw me staring at her. She started to smile and quickly buried her face into the crook of my neck.
"I wanna move. This house doesn't feel like a home. I want something smaller and more warm feeling."
Jai lifted her head up and searched my face for something. When she didn't find it she nodded and said "okay babe..whatever you want."
My heart was instantly warmed. I pulled out my phone and showed her some pictures of houses that I like.
