The next morning came way too soon for my liking, I rolled over to shut off my alarm and saw I had a text message from Jimin 

Jimin: hey, I made it home. Thank you again for today and I can't wait for our second date. Good night Sarah 😘

Me: looking forward to it, hope you have a good day! 

Rupert and I did our usual morning routine before I took a shower and made my way to work. Morning prep went by relatively fast, enjoying my music and being by myself, Kris texted me letting me know he would be late and asked me to do the paperwork and truck order, I sat in the office for over an hour and a half making sure things were organized and done right, Kris strolled in so I went outside for a cigarette before the rest of the crew came in, as I entered the building the phone rang so I answered it

"I'd like to make a lunch reservation please" 
"No problem, how many guests?"
"Two"
"Okay, and what time?"
"Around one?" 
"Alright no problem sir, and the name?"
"Sarah"
"Okay no problem, I'll make sure we have everything set" 
He laughed "no, Sarah, I didn't mean, put it under Sarah, its Jungkook, I was making sure I had you on the phone" 
"Oh, my bad dude. I'll make sure I have your reservation though" 
"Thanks, it's just me and Namjoon this time though" 
"Ah, got chya. That's cool, so I'll see you at one?"
"Sounds good, are you serving today?" 
"Everyday unfortunately"
"Put us in your section then"
"Okay, I guess I can do that" I rolled my eyes and laughed 
"Good, see you at one babe"
He hung up before I could react. You know..for as sexy as I think he is his flirting is a major turn off. He knows that I was only at the house for a date with Jimin so what kind of best friend flirts with his best friends date? Especially considering what had happened with Jimin's ex. It was just weird to me and a total turn off, now he's going to come eat in my section..okay..but call me babe? And why the fuck was he flirting with me to begin with? I started to have flashbacks to high school..when guys would ask me out as a joke..flirt with me as a joke..build my hopes up and shatter them at the last second and I always fell for it. Like some sexy as fuck guy would ever be genuinely interested in me and not just as a joke or a fuck. Which makes me confused over Jimin all over again.. I go outside and light up another cigarette not being able to shake my thoughts. Is Jimin making fun of me? Is Jungkook? Oh god..what if they're in on it together? But why me? Just because I'm fat? They can't be that mean..

By the time one rolled around the restaurant was busy and I had a corner booth left open for Jungkook and Namjoon, my brain was fried emotionally so I just focused on the customers and tried to push everything else out. I saw the two men walk in, both in business suites making me and every other person in the room drool. Fuck my life. 
"Hey Sarah!" Jungkook said loud enough for everyone to hear as he waved at me, I waved back before motioning for them to come sit in the booth 
"Hey guys, what do you want to drink?"
"Water for me please" Namjoon said with a kind smile 
"Coffee please noona" Jungkook winked and I walked away to grab their drinks. When I came back I overheard them discussing business as they were looking over their menus 
"You guys ready to order?"
"Depends, you on the menu?" Jungkook said with a smirk as Namjoon choked on his water 
"Bro" he mumbled as he fixed himself and glared at Jungkook. I rolled my eyes 
"Anyway, what do you really want that's available and on the menu?" 
"Are you implying you're not available?" He asked 
"Food Jungkook..what food do you want" I snapped at him.
"I guess I'll take the shrimp alfredo" he rolled his eyes after realizing I wasn't going to play along 
"I'm sorry about him, can I please have the steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus as my vegetables?"
"Absolutely Namjoon, I'll have that right out for you" I shot Jungkook a glare as I walked away to put the order on the line, while I waited for their food I went around to my other tables making sure everything was going smoothly. I went back to the kitchen and checked my phone, Joon-ho told me he was at my house waiting for me to come home but other than that I had nothing. I don't know why I was hoping Jimin had texted me but I didn't think much of it. I brought their food out 
"Here guys, anything else I can get you? Jungkook did you want more coffee or something else to drink?" 
"I'll take more coffee and a water" 
"No problem, Joon?" I didn't even realize I called him Joon..it was a force of habit from Joon-ho. 
"Um, no thanks" he smiled as he started cutting his steak, I went and grabbed the drinks for Jungkook and then went back to my other tables. Once they were finished they paid their tab and left me a tip double what the bill was worth, I smiled as I placed it in my apron not complaining. By the time my shift was done and I could leave I decided to hit the grocery store on my way home to get snacks for Joon-ho and I, Rupert also needed dog food. I walked down the aisles looking for our favorite stuff and when I went down the dog food aisle I ran into Tae and Jin 
"Hey Sarah!" Jin said with a giant smile 
"Hey guys" I smiled as I loaded up Rupert's dog food
"You have a dog?" Tae asked 
"Yeah, my Rupert, he's a Neapolitan Mastiff, he weighs over a hundred pounds but he's a giant ball of love" 
"Awww I wanna see!!" Tae beamed and jumped around in excitement making me laugh, I pulled out my phone and showed them pictures 
"Oh my god!! Such a huge puppy!" He cooed 
"I know, I love my puppers" 
"We should meet him in person some time! Bring him to Jimin's for poker night! You're still coming right?" Jin asked. 
"As far as I know, I mean he didn't tell me not to come haha and he's already met Rupert so I'll ask him"
"He'll be okay with Tannie right?"
"Oh absolutely!! He loves other animals and people, I lucked out having such a huge ball of love" I giggled "well, it was good seeing you guys, I'll see you guys on Saturday I guess if Jimin says" 
"Okay Sarah, good seeing you"
"Bye, get home safe Sarah! I'll tell Jimin you said hello"
"Okay guys, thanks" I smiled and waved before walking away and finished my shopping before leaving. Once I got home me and Joon-ho ate our weight in snacks and pizza talking about stupid shit until we cuddled to sleep. I woke up the next morning to my alarm blaring, I rolled over to dismiss it and it went off again, which is weird considering I didn't snooze it, I decided to open my eyes only to see it wasn't an alarm, it was a phone call.
