I'm still not in a good head space but I'm alright" "I can have Tae pack for me and stay here" "No, I'm okay. Honest. I don't want you to worry about me right now okay? You did more than enough for me today and you're taking me on a vacation. Go pack." I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Okay baby, I'll be back in an hour or two" he kissed my lips "Okay babes, I'll see you when you come back" He left and I started packing up some summer clothes. I picked up my bathing suit and cringed. He's seen me naked a million times but the scars on my thighs were really worrying me, I know he said there wouldn't be people but what if there are? They'll see them.. and they'll see me with Jimin. They're going to judge us so hard. Don't panic Sarah..you'll be with Jimin.. I had to keep doing breathing exercises and reminding myself that I'll be okay. The last few days have drained me, Jimin helping me today and pulling me out of the hole I had dug for myself meant more to me than anything anyone has ever done for me ever. I wish I knew where we were going but I'm excited to spend the next few days with him just the two of us. I'm going to make up for the four days I ignored him. He didn't deserve that..not one bit. Why is he even with me? I tried to shake all of my bad thoughts away as I packed, I decided to turn my music on and tune out the world while I did my packing, I made my way into the bathroom and grabbed all of my medications and toiletries. I continued packing while I pranced around singing trying to keep my mind occupied "My hearts a stereo, it beats for you so listen close and hear my thoughts in every no-o-ote" I sang out loud while I scratched Rupert's head smiling at him, I decided to fill his bowl so he could eat "make me your radio and turn me up when you feel low this melody was meant for you so sing along to my stereo" "I only pray you never leave me behind, because good music can be so hard to find, I'll take your hand and pull it closer to mine, thought love was dead but now you're changing my mind" Jimin chimed in as he grabbed me from behind and turned me around as he started dancing with me scaring the shit out of me but then making me laugh as he pushed our foreheads together still swaying back and forth, we both wore big smiles while we danced in my kitchen until the song ended. "I've heard you sing so many times but I still can't get over how beautiful your voice is" I told him as I made my way outside to smoke a cigarette "I can't get over how awful your singing voice is" he laughed hard at his own joke "Psssh fuck you then, I won't sing anymore" I scoffed playfully "Aww my baby, I hope you sing to me everyday" "Ew, why?" I made a stank face "Because even though it's awful, you smile more when you're singing" he smiled "You're so mushy sometimes..just a mushy mochi" "At least I'm your mushy mochi" he winked "Oh god" I giggled and rolled my eyes "I'm all packed for tomorrow" "Good, we should probably go to bed soon, our flight leaves at six in the morning" "God damn it. Okay" I put my cigarette out and went back into the house "You're going to be so surprised when we get to the airport and you find out where we're going" "Well duh, the only thing I know about it is that I'm going to be hot and sweaty" "What's wrong with that? I thought you liked getting hot and sweaty" he winked at me as we were walking to my bedroom "You pervert...and that's different" I said as we laughed "Well I definitely plan on doing A LOT of that while we're there" "Sounds good to me" I said with a smile as I kissed him before we got our pajamas on, we finally cuddled up under the blankets together and after kissing a few times we fell asleep.
The next morning Jungkook came to pick us up, in the three months Jimin and I have been together I just realized none of his friends have been to my house yet, and go figure Jungkook comes while my window in my living room is missing because of Jimin. Joon is coming to watch my house while I'm gone and to fix my window, I would leave Rupert with him but Tae was so excited to have Rupert at his house I couldn't imagine taking that away from him. "Hey Kook, come on in" Jimin said as he swung open the front door for Jungkook. "Nice house Noona, RUPERT!!!!" he yelled as he opened his arms wide while my dog took off running to him pinning him to the door to smother him in love making Jungkook laugh and giggle like a little kid making me laugh at how adorable he looked at that moment. "Oh babe, I forgot to tell you Tae went and bought Rupert a giant bed for while he stays there" "Awww that was so nice of him! If he doesn't shut his bedroom door though I wouldn't be surprised if he woke up with Rupert next to him" "Me either" Jimin laughed "You guys all set?" Jungkook asked as he grabbed his keys from his pocket "Yep we're all set" Jimin responded as he grabbed our luggage and I got Rupert on his leash leading him out to the car, once everything was in the trunk, Rupert and I were in the backseat leaving the passenger seat for Jimin, the ride to Tae's house only took about 15 minutes and when we got there I couldn't believe how big his house was. Were all of them really that fucking rich? Jesus. Tae opened his front door as we were all getting out of the car and of course Tae was overly excited to see Rupert, he kneeled down to pet him and give him love "I'm going to take great care of him while you're gone Sarah I promise" "I know you will Tae, I'm not worried" I smiled "I got him a new bed, new toys, treats, food, and his own dishes" "Well damn.. that's amazing. Thank you so much" "It's no problem at all" he smiled "Do you want any money for anything?" "Nope, just having him here is enough for me. I love him so much" he giggled as Rupert gave him sloppy kisses and tried to roll around with him After we made sure Rupert was settled at Tae's I gave him a big hug and kisses and told him to be a good boy, me, Jimin, and Jungkook got back into the car and headed to the airport "Are you guys excited?" Jungkook asked "I am, I just wish I knew where we were going" "You didn't tell her?" He looked over at Jimin shocked before focusing back on the road "Nope. It's a surprise until we get to the airport and they announce 'flight to blah blah blah is departing.' Then she'll know" "Aw that's cute" Jungkook smiled "I know" Jimin smirked as he winked at me so I rolled my eyes playfully and smiled at him. Once we reached the airport we thanked Jungkook, we hugged and said our goodbyes as we rolled our luggage towards the airport. We had our luggage checked which took a little longer than expected because they had to inspect my medications making sure they were what they said they were on the bottles. "Ready baby?" "Yes" I breathed out starting to feel my anxiety kicking in. There's so many people in the airport it's making me uncomfortable, and now I'm going to be on a plane for God knows how long with God knows how many people. I hate flying. I've only flown once and that was from New Jersey to South Korea. I've been here ever since. "Relax baby" Jimin said softly has he intertwined my fingers with his and caressed my knuckles with his thumb "once we get there, there won't be any people unless we go looking for them" "Good" "Flight 147 to Hawaii is now boarding" "That's us" he squeezed my hand and smiled "Hawaii?" My eyes felt like they were going to pop out of my head "Jesus Christ Jimin!" "Are you excited?" "Fuck yes I'm excited, but holy hell the tickets probably cost you an arm and a leg" "Don't worry about that, I had this planned for a few weeks and then everything happened and I didn't get a chance to tell you" "I'm so so sorry" I looked down at the floor. I fucked up his surprise for us, I ignored him for four days, he had to take care of me, and he still wants to take me to Hawaii. I'm wondering if he's crazier than I am for sticking around. "Don't apologize" he pulled me into him wrapping me in a tight warm hug and kissed my forehead "stop worrying so much and let's go get on our plane" "Okay" I nodded, he kissed me and pulled me along to get on the plane. Holy hell the plane ride was exhausting, my anxiety to be on the plane was so high I squeezed Jimin's hand so hard it turned red and white. He didn't seem to mind he just kept assuring me that we would be okay and to pretend we were the only two people there. By the time we landed I practically ran off the damn plane. I mean, not like my fat ass would actually run..but I power walked like my life depended on it and Jimin laughed at me the entire time. When we exited the plane it was breathtakingly beautiful, sunny, warm, sandy, and just like in the movies there were people to put the Leis on our necks welcoming us to their island. The air smelled and felt so clean, I inhaled deeply taking in all the new scents as Jimin hugged me from behind placing his head on my shoulder "I love when you smile like that" he said as he kissed me beneath my ear "Like what?" "Like you're totally amazed and engulfed in whatever you're looking at and you get this glassy and glazed look in your eye like a little kid on christmas opening up the gift he asked for" "Well that's oddly specific" I said without thinking about it making both of us laugh "I'm going to make you just as mushy as I am on this trip" "Good luck with that" I rolled my eyes and smiled. We made our way to a taxi, we had about a twenty minute drive before we pulled up to where we were staying. Holy shit balls. This place was beautiful, it was right next to the beach, like you literally walk three feet in the sand and the water is right there. "Wow" "You like it?" "I love it" "Good, I bought this a few years ago, it's a private house on a private section of the beach. I've brought all the guys here before too" "Wow..holy crap" He giggled and pinched my cheek while we took our stuff inside "Oh my god" there were windows and glass doors everywhere, you could see the ocean and the sand everywhere you turned. I immediately ran to the windows leaving my luggage in the middle of the room "Can I open all of these?" I smiled "Of course" he nodded I ran around opening all of the windows and pulling all the curtains so it was open, I opened up all of the glass doors leaving only the sliding screen doors closed to stop the bugs. The house smelled like heaven, I could smell Jimin's cologne, whatever air freshener was plugged in, and the beach. I wanted to wrap myself in a giant comforter and lay by the window. "My room is on the first floor, come on" I followed him into the master bedroom, everything was white, tan, and cream giving off a very calming and beachy vibe. He had sliding glass doors in there too that I opened letting the beach air into our room "God Jimin this is amazing" "Wanna see the master bathroom?" He wiggled his eyebrows up and down making me giggle "Sure" I followed him over to the bathroom and gasped. A two person jacuzzi, and a two person standing shower with glass doors where the water came from the ceiling. "We're using this, you know that right?" I said as I sat on the edge of the jacuzzi tub "Duh" he laughed "I also have a few things planned for us while we're here but I'm going to keep them a surprise" "Babe, you're so fucking cute" I leaned in and placed a soft loving kiss on his lips. He smiled into the kiss as he returned it just as soft and caring. "So are you" he hugged me, once we had our cute moment we decided to put our luggage away. "So you bought this place a few years ago? Why?" "I needed a place I could run to when I felt like it. Or bring my friends so we could enjoy it together" "Makes sense" "I never brought a girl here before though" "Why the hell not? This would for sure get you laid" I said making both of us laugh "I never really thought about it, I'm glad you're here with me though, I can't wait to share this place with you and show you everything" "I can't wait either" I beamed "We have a few hours before dinner, do you want to go outside?" "Yes, just let me get my bathing suit on because I am totally getting in that water" We both got undressed and put our swim stuff on before we left through the door in the bedroom walking out onto the beach, he had beach chairs set up, of course there were seven of them. I dragged one of the chairs closer to the water and dipped my feet in the water relaxing back in my chair "God this is better than sex" "Excuse me?" He raised his eyebrow at me as he took a seat next to me "No offense" "All of the offense taken" he pouted making me laugh "Awww baby, I didn't mean it in a bad way" "Mhmmm.. we'll see if you still feel that way when I refuse to dick you down" "Okay" I shrugged my shoulders causing him to sit up in his chair "What? I fell asleep sunbathing, I woke up to Jimin telling me we had to get ready for dinner, he was already showered and dressed. He was wearing a light button down and black dress pants so after my shower I decided to put on my leggings, and a flowy blue top. I put beach waves in my hair and light make up before I walked out into the living room "You look beautiful" he said as he smiled and stood up from the couch wrapping his arms around me and pulling me in for a kiss "And you look super handsome" I smiled "We don't need shoes by the way" he told me as he laced our fingers together and pulled me outside. By the water there was a table set with two chairs, two plates covered, and a bouquet of yellow roses. The sight took my breath away, the sun was starting to set and it had such an aesthetic and romantic look my brain almost turned to mush. Never in a million years did I ever think someone like me would ever end up with someone who cared so much they did something like this for me. "Jimin" I gasped "its beautiful, thank you. When did you even have time to do this?" "I told you I had everything planned" he smiled as he pulled out my chair for me "Wow" "I'm glad you like it" he smiled as he sat down We pulled the covers off of our plates and ate dinner, we drank wine and talked. "So what made you decide to do all of this" I asked as I sipped more wine "Well" he cleared his throat "I know that in the states, you guys celebrate big anniversaries, like after being together for a year. But for us the first really big one is the one hundredth day together. Couples usually go all out and celebrate and get matching rings. Today is officially our one hundredth day together" he pulled two ring boxes out of his pants pocket "I wanted to make it special for us" "Jimin" I started to tear up "that's so cute. I had no idea" He smiled "open the box baby" I opened the ring box and gasped. It was a beautiful white gold band with a black onyx stone in the middle with roses wrapped around the band. "Its beautiful!" He took the ring out of the box and slipped it on my ring finger "I'm so happy you love it" I opened his box and it was a solid onyx band with white gold trim around it on the top and bottom with roses engraved into the onyx and filled with white gold "wow!" I pulled it out of the box and slipped it on his ring finger "I know you're not one for jewelry or bright colors, so I went with simple and dark" "It's perfect! I love it so much!!" I jumped out of my chair and rushed to him wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him, he tilted his head and pulled me in closer deepening the kiss, once he slipped his tongue in my mouth and gripped me tighter I melted into him. "I'm so happy" I whispered as we pulled away "Me too" he whispered back before pecking my lips one more time. "How did you get my ring size perfect?" I asked as I sat back down. "Joon-ho" he smiled "Ah, makes sense" He chuckled, after we finished our wine and the sun went down we decided to go for a walk on the beach, afterwards we went back to the house and got ready for bed, the bed in the room was huge and hands down the best bed I have ever laid on, I slept so good on the soft mattress wrapped up in Jimin's arms.
Can we just talk about Jimin covered in fake tattoos? Take me now, please? He should get more tattoos since he only has the one that we hardly ever get to see anymore 😭😭 he needs to follow in Jungkook's footsteps and just go get some done. Personally, I'm Namjoon biased, but I'm totally OT7, but I also feel like Jungkook and his tattoos could wreck me at any time. I think if Jimin were to be covered in tattoos I'd probably just die. Talk about needing some holy water am I right? Lmfao
