"jongho you've gotta teach me maths tomorrow!" hyunjin said nonchalantly as the five of them head towards the school ground to go back home.

five of them being hyunjin, seungmin, bomin, jinyoung and of course, jongho. jisung and felix would've tag along if it weren't for the detention they received after being caught throwing flour right outside of the teachers' office.

"tsk aren't you excellent in maths though?" seungmin questioned, to which agreed by the whole group. "not that topic though! i swear i hate it so much i feel like dying"

"you're overreacting, hyun" bomin commented, giggling at hyunjin's response. jongho simply shook his head and faced the whining boy. "sure, hyunjin. but tomorrow's saturday though"

"exactly! come over my house and tutor me" hyunjin exclaimed, grinning wide at his friend.

"he's meeting up with his hyungs tomorrow, hyun. plus, you agreed to play mario kart with jisung and felix, remember?" seungmin interrupted making hyunjin's smile disappear and frowned. "right ugh"

"i can just teach you on monday you know. i'm fine" jongho suggested.

"hmm alright then"

as the boys continued their walk, a familiar figure caught hyunjin's eye. planning to startle the person-who was walking with two of her friends, hyunjin immediately turned to his friends in a rushing manner.

"gotta go guys. see ya!" after giving light pats on their shoulders, hyunjin ran his way towards his target who wasn't that far from him.

"you said hyunjin was supposed to treat you to ice cream?" minhee questioned, both her and jeongin looking at hyejin who stood in between the two. hyejin simply shrugged.

just when she was about to reply, a figure forcefully bumped onto her back, attempting to piggyback ride her-to which he failed, of course. "BOO!"

the poor girl almost lose her balance before she turned around and saw the demon himself had showed up. hyunjin grinned at her before abruptly pulled hyejin into a headlock and had her hair ruffled aggressively making minhee and jeongin bursted out laughing.

hyejin smacked his arm a few times, attempting to get off of him which she miserably failed as hyunjin kept dragging her outside of school followed by her two friends.

meanwhile, not too far from them, hyunjin's friends had silently watched the scene unfold before them.

"poor hyejin. that girl is going to die early if he keeps doing that" bomin pointed out while shaking his head at his friend's behaviour.

"tell me about it" seungmin added before making his way out of school soon followed by jinyoung and bomin. jongho was the last to follow as he recalled the scene again and again.

recalling how startled hyejin was and the way she looked mad at hyunjin, 'she's cute when she's mad' he thought, a smile tugging at his lips as he proceeded to head home.
