it's been four days since the last tutoring session with jongho. mainly because jongho's getting busier with practice because it's already the school festival week and the closing night is on tomorrow night. it's the night where students would perform many acts to showcase their hidden talents.
hyejin didn't mind though. she could focus on moving on from her feelings she had for him.
"i miss hearing you play the instrument.." jeongin spoke softly. his face saddened at the thought.
finishing her food, hyejin looked up at him before offering a sad smile.
"me too, innie. i'm just.. not brave enough to face it yet" her gaze shifted before spacing out into nothing. minhee pouted at the change of mood. she hit jeongin on the shoulder causing the boy to whine.
"why did you hit me?!"
"why did you bring that up?! now we're sad thanks to you!" minhee frowned, her eyes slowly getting teary making hyejin panicked.
minhee's a strong girl, she doesn't show her weakness in public but the three of them knew that when she's off guard, minhee's just a little softie.
hyejin quickly pulled her into a side hug. hyejin felt terrible. but for what reason?
