"we're heading out, jinnie!" the pair exclaimed, abruptly grabbing their things to get out of the class as soon as possible to get to their own respective destinations.

"okay. see ya!" hyejin had managed to say before the two friends disappear completely from her sight.

school had ended and her friends didn't waste any more time as they all hurried their way home. unlike hyejin, she felt that there's no need for a rush. just as what she was doing; slowly packing her stuff and arranging them neatly into her bag.

once done, she hung the strap onto her right shoulder and head outside through the front door to not seem rude because her history teacher was still in the room.

once she stepped out, she was taken aback when she saw a familiar figure stood before her, leaning his body onto the wall with his head hung low due to his full concentration on whatever that was on his phone at the moment.

'jongho sunbae? why is he here? shouldn't he be practicing or something?'

she frowned. the girl decided not to think about it too much before deciding to simply walk away. well, that is until she felt a soft yet firm grasp onto her wrist, halting her movement.

"hey.." the boy called. he felt awkward. somehow. he wasn't sure himself on why was he awkward and nervous.

hyejin turned around to face him, a curious look on her face. jongho smiled softly.

'do not smile broo aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa' 

there goes hyejin's heart.

nevertheless, she returned the smile. "what is it, sunbae?"

the boy chuckled, slowly letting go of her hand before rubbing at his nape.

"hyunjin asked me to tutor you.."

she blinked, slowly feeling the burning feeling on her cheeks.

'damn it, hyejin. what are you blushing for???'

"uhh.." hyejin didn't know what to say. was she supposed to accept this opportunity or declining it to avoid future problems involving personal feelings?

"i don't mind tutoring you, if that's what bothering you" he assured her. the smile on his lips never seem to leave.

hyejin thought for a little while more before nodding. the two made contact, before hyejin smiled.

"sure. i'd love to be tutored by you, sunbae"
