First Day

I had set my alarm for 6:30am. Meaning I was getting 3 hours of sleep. I had decided to step into the cold shower, waking myself up. I shivered as I walked to the door, hearing a knock only moments after stepping in. I had towel wrapped around me as I pulled the door open.

"Morning, I- Geeze. You okay?" Obito seemed to be back to normal. Though he didn't call me beautiful.

"Is that coffee?" I reached for one of the cups in his hands.

"Yes." He handed me one and followed me inside.

"Thanks." I mumbled as I took a sip.

My door opened and in walked Shisui. A smile on his face. He seemed as perky as he did last night. He took a seat at my island next to Obito.

"Morning sunshine." He smiled at me.

I narrowed my eyes. "Is this something I have to look forward to every morning?" They both had their slacks on, and undershirts.

"Most likely." Obito shrugged.

"What if I had company?"

"You wouldn't have opened the door." Obito answered.

"Why not?" I kept drinking the hot beverage from the gods above.

"Do you have company?" He pressed.

"No. What if I wasn't home?"

"Where else would you be? Kiba's?"

I spit my coffee back into the mug and wiped my mouth on the back of my hand. My towel slipped a little, but luckily I caught it. "Why would you say that?"

"I saw him when I dropped you off yesterday. Didn't seem like he was thinking about his ex."

"Whatever. Thank you for the coffee. I'm going to get dressed."

I didn't wait for them to answer as I walked away. Just before I hit the wall separating us, I pulled the towel away from my body. I heard both men choke on their own coffee.

"Dammit." I heard Obito mutter.

Finally dressed and looking like a human being, I walked into the living room. Shisui was at the island, fully dressed. Obito was no where to be found.

"Where's Obito?"

"He went to get his car. He'll meet us downstairs."

"Ah. Thanks for waiting. You guys didn't have to do that."

"We don't mind. We talked about it yesterday. One of us can take you to work unless there's a conflict. Then you can use the car service."

"I'm saving up to buy a car, so it won't be an issue for long."

We made our way to the elevator. "What kind of car?"

"I'm not sure yet, actually."

"Let me know. We can take you to our family friend." He gave me his signature smile as we got on the elevator.

My phone vibrated and I pulled it out of my bag.

I smiled softly at the gesture. He really was a sweet guy. Maybe I'd give him a chance if him and Ino don't work out.

I put my phone up and stepped off the elevator. Shisui walked silently by me, not prying as to who was texting me. He opened my door for me and I climbed in.
