"I am more than happy to see your improvement in just a month." I smiled as I read her records And she just nods
"Doctor said that you have to come back here next weekend for your follow up session. Please don't forget." I smiled at her and kept her records safe.
"Am I done for today?" The client asked
"Yes. You may go now. Be safe on your way home. See you next week." Then she bid her goodbye. As I heard the chimes I gathered all the files and transfer them inside the locker. Just when I was about to go back on my table, Doctor Goo suddenly went out from his office and I was startled which made him laugh
"My dear you really should stop drinking coffee. It makes you nervous all the time." He said and I followed him to the reception area
"Aren't you leaving yet?" The doctor asked while he's fixing his coat in his arm
"Why?" I asked
"See? That's what happens when you drink tons of coffee." He teased and looked at his wrist watch
"It's already 5:15." When he said that I hurriedly checked my phone to see if Sehun called or messaged. Apparently I got nothing. Maybe he changed his mind. I frowned upon having that thought.
"You still not leaving? I'll go ahead first. My wife and I are going to have dinner with our sons." He said smiling
"Ahh. Yes. I guess I'll stay here for a while since I don't have anywhere to go to." I walked with him to the front door and waved goodbye as he leaves. I went back again inside and locked the door.
It's already 5:30 yet there's no sign of him. Maybe he really did changed his mind. I'm just some random girl he met crying. I sit on the swivel chair zoning out until I fell asleep. I was woken up when I heard the bell rang. I got a bit excited and automatically ran towards the door to open it.
To my dismay, it isn't Sehun.
"Hey.." he greeted
"Hi.." I said and gave him a small smile
"Umm. Dad called and told me he left his phone in his office and asked me to drop by here since my office is just near." He explains
"Oh. Okay. Come in." I said and opened the door wide and walked to Doctor Goo's office. He immediately saw his father's phone on his table
"You're still staying?" Drew asked when we reached the front door
"I guess I am." I said and looked the time on my wrist watch, it's already 6pm.
"Dad also told me to invite you for dinner." He says as we walk outside the clinic
"Oh.. Thank you. But I already have plans. Please tell Doctor Goo I said thanks. I'm actually waiting for my friend to pick me up." I lied and felt my heart stung a bit. I can see that Drew wants to say something
"Hmm.. Okay then. Are you sure?" He asked reassuring me
"Yes." I grinned to convince him.
"Well I guess I'll leave then. Take care Angel." He said then hopped in his car. I watched his car until I can no longer see it. I took a heavy sigh and turned around to walk back inside the clinic.
When I'm about to hold the knob, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I froze.
"W-what do you want?? Just say it and I'll give it to you. Ju-just please don't hurt me." I said a bit fast and shut my eyes. The one holding me didn't say a thing
"Please just tell me what you want. Just don't hurt me.." I begged and I can feel my tears starting to flow
"I'm not going to hurt you. But will you promise to give me anything I want?" I opened my eyes when I heard the man talk. He sounds familiar.
