Very minor reference to past abuse, but I think that is all for trigger warnings. As always than you for reading and take care of yourselves.

Patton hummed cheerfully as he snuggled into the warmth of his boyfriends chest.
“Good Morning, My Heart,” Roman said with a yawn, waking up to Patton’s cuddliness.
“Morning Ro-Ro!” Patton replied with a sleepy grin, finally opening up his eyes to look at the prince.
Roman smiled down at him before looking around the room, Logan’s room. Patton’s heart sank when he remembered why he was sleeping in this room. His poor Virgil has been hurt, likely by someone else. Logan said that he wanted to respect Virgil’s privacy and not say anything yet but the lack of answered felt like it was killing him, weighing down on his shoulders like a crushing bolder.
“Where is Logan and Virgil?” Roman asked suddenly, sounding like he was likely talking to himself.
Patton sat up quickly, narrowly avoiding accidentally hitting Roman’s sensitive parts with his knee. He looked around and the room to find it empty. The warm morning light that came through the window fell upon the empty bed and chair, the sheets still messy from when Virgil slept under them. Patton’s attention quickly turned to the clock on Logan’s desk, “8:28”.
“M-maybe they went downstairs for breakfast?” Patton suggested, trying his best not to panic.
He couldn’t stop the fear that chilled him to the bone. Last time Virgil left his sight he had returned a week later badly injured. He was terrified with the possibility that Logan and Virgil could be in trouble. Roman’s strong arms wrapped around Patton pulling him into a hug.
“We should go downstairs. If Virgil is down there it means he woke up. Everything will be okay,” Roman hummed, nuzzling his lover’s hair.
Patton let out a shaky breath and smile.
“Yeah, let’s head down stairs,” Patton replied, getting up off of Roman.
The two sides got up and sank downstairs. When they came in they were pleasantly surprised by what they found waiting in the living room. The coffee table was a bit cluttered with the slings and pill bottles that Logan had prepared the night before. There was an empty plate and a half full bottle of gatorade sitting near the edge. Nearby on the couch were the two missing sides. Both of them were fast asleep, Virgil cuddled into Logan’s side, his tail loosely wrapped around the Logical side’s arm that was in turn resting around Vigil’s waist. Logan’s glasses had slid down his nose and were lying diagonally.
Patton had to retrain himself from squealing too loudly. He looked up at Roman and back to the two cuddling on the couch, a giddy smile spreading on his face. Roman gave a soft smile towards the pair and chuckled.
“I would take a picture but I’m afraid I’ll wake up and be disappointed,” Roman whispered.
“I guess they had a nice conversation last night,” Patton hummed.
Roman’s face fell a little, he couldn’t imagine any conversation about what had happened could be pleasant. Either they hadn’t talked about it, or Logan handled the conversation incredibly well.
“Let’s quietly make some breakfast for when they wake up,” Patton suggested.
Before they could leave the living room to enter the kitchen another figure rose up near them.
“Hey guys I just came to-!”
Roman quickly covered Thomas’s mouth to silence him. Patton pressed a finger to his own lips before pointing off towards the two sleeping sides. Their host glanced over and resisted the urge to coo.
