One Tail at a Time

My Temper

Since the training of my tails began, Shifu has been bringing one of my brothers for an extensive sword training and with my tails also being trained into submission which I have to erupt, lessons are becoming harder and harder. Cheng Bao, who is with me today, said that if I want to be an equal to the men of Kunlun, then I had better pick up my bottom lip and fight!

"Raise your sword!" he barks at me and instantly making me cry.

I haven't cried like this for a very long time, but his scolding and overly pointed observations at my lack of skill and talent are wearing very thin. Only he is bigger in physique than Shifu and I'm just a little fox who is making myself angry because I hate his yelling and I hate my tears.

"Do I have to turn you around and kick that fluffy butt?" he asks, shocking me senseless.

My eyes move towards Shifu, only he's sitting under a tree, enjoying cakes and tea and reading a book as if my very life is meaningless!

"Shifu...." I whine in my high pitched 'feel sorry for me' voice.... "Cheng Bao is threatening me!" I cry louder while pointing at the big oaf seeing as Shifu's ignoring me.

"Shifu's not going to help you, you whiny little brat!" Cheng Bao roars with laughter as I am suddenly turned around and my rear end booted.

It's not enough to stun my tails which are super sensitive, but it's enough to send my mind into a murderous rage! I have not been smacked once since returning from my stay on Kunlun Mountain, it's as if my father suddenly began to cherish my butt so no longer has the heart to smack it.

Shifu said my temper was astronomical when I lose it, and my training so far under him has revolved around my tails and my emotional state, which includes my temper that can at times be unmanageable, so this cheeky guy is about to see it first hand.

And just like that, I am spinning around, my tails are flaring and my sword is tossed to the ground as I rush at that big oaf who is still laughing at me. His eyes are sparkling and his fat heifer shoulders are shaking with mirth at angry me as I ram my head straight into that big round belly! That not only wipes the laughter from his eyes, but he is now on the ground grunting in surprise and agony as I take to punching that grimacing mouth for all I'm worth.

"Xiaobai!" Shifu's voice is bellowing through the grove along with his heavy footsteps as he storms towards screaming and crying me who is throwing the biggest fit I have ever thrown and I imagine Shifu is very surprised to see this side of me which is only erupting because the big heifer lump under me hit me!

"You dare to hit me?" I'm screaming through the tears and wailing at the same time, I'm so mad! I have never been so mad in my life and though I am going absolutely crazy on his face, something in the back of my mind has me thinking why I didn't do this to those girls. It's as if the past few weeks of painful training and intense mind control along with what those girls did and what my family had been put through, has scrambled my brain and turned it into a boiling raging inferno that Cheng Bao is now feeling the brunt of.

My fists are pummeling that grunting mouth, my legs are kneeing his hips and my four tails have taken hold of his arms to keep him pinned to the ground as crazy me ignores Shifu and completely loses it. Not even when I feel this heifer lump disappear beneath me and two soft warm hands wrap themselves about my shoulders, do I stop. My fists are still pounding the air in front of my face, my legs are kicking wildly and I'm screaming naughty words that I sometimes hear my brother Bai Yi mutter under his breath.

I imagine my face must look like a mask of death and the very Heavens itself is trembling up there in those clouds! But when those strong and powerful arms begin turning me around, the anger in me reaches a whole new level because not only am I crying and gasping for breath, but my unfilial fists are now punching my Shifu.
