"Louie, summon all my ministers."

"Stay here."

"Your highness, what brings you here?"

"This is the beginning of everything, the beginning of my reign." Lucifiene said.

The priestess finally stood up, and for the first time, she pulled the white see-through curtain that was dividing their distance.

"I see, I wonder what kind of world it will be. I'm looking forward to it, your highness." The priestess said in utmost respect. Lucfiene smiled but not for long. Her eyes are too transparent and you can clearly see how much pain she holds within, pain with a touch of fury.

Lucifiene walked across the room, she examined every furniture that was there in inside.

"How long do you plan to stay in this tower?" The princess asked.

"I will stay as long as the kingdom lives." Napatingin si Lucifiene sakanya ng dahil dito.

"I don't understand, what will you get in return?"

The priestess smiled and said, "I've already got what I need your highness, this tower is all I need."

"How long does your kind lives anyway? Immortal, maybe?"

"Indeed, your highness. Our very existence is insignificant." Lucfiene nodded as a response.

"All this things, did my mother gave them to you?"

"Indeed, the Queen was very kind towards me."

"Ha! Kind? Hindi mo pa siguro talaga siya kilala." She said in a bitter tone. The Priestess sighed and continued to speak.

"She was. Yet she is, still." Lucifiene frowned.

"A motherly love, Lucifiene. That's all there is."

At that moment, Lucifiene could not understand what the Priestess actually meant. So she decided to leave and tried to forget about the last thing that the Priestess said. Motherly love? she's in no place to understand that kind of words and to describe what it's like. She continued to walked through her castle's silent yet maginificent hallways along with her royal guards. She went into a certain room and the servants opened the door for her. It was her mother's room. She went inside only to see that her mother is sleeping deeply. She touched her hand but stopped immediately and closed her eyes. Tears began to fall once again.
