I must be mistaken, right?
How can this be? How did it end this way?
After Lucifiene summoned the minister, I carefully eavesdropped to their conversation. The Queen wanted to crush down the Land of Green. But since she has no clue about Soleil, she basically want to wipe out everyone. This is definitely out of hand.
I haven't fully comprehend the limit of my abilities but I rushed to the Green Kingdom using unknown powers, just like what the Queen possess. But unlike hers, my body was glowing in golden hue. The light was sparkling as if its a tail of a shooting star. And when I arrived there, all I saw were burning houses and dead citizens.
I was completely frozen on the ground as I watched the furious flames run wild before my eyes. The never ending ashes flew everywhere and touched my skin.
"Lucifiene, because of one person, you ended up killing everyone." I whispered to myself as the heat started to burn my skin. I never thought she'd use her powers to transport the weapons prepared by her minister. The King and Queen of Green were totally clueless of what was happening.
If this goes on, she'll really kill everyone. Then what should I do? I clenched my fist out of despair.
"Damn it." Soleil was the lover of the Prince. The little girl I cherished. The sister I also wanted to protect. But..
I once again looked up to the flames in front of me. I slowly waved my hands as I breathe heavily. My whole arm started to glisten as golden lights started to emerge. And then after a few minutes, the fire calmed down. A vast golden light showered down on the city. People stopped on their ground and watched. The whole kingdom fell into a minute of silence. After that, I destroyed all the weapons from our kingdom one by one. I flew from one weapon to another, kicked with full force and smashed it into pieces. Making sure it won't light up ever again.
"I will protect Lucifiene at all cost." I walked in front of the people of the Green, I even heard them say that they were saved by a saint. I never once gave them a single glance. I just walked straight, with my eyes focused of what's ahead of me. As I reminded myself of that day when the selfish people separated us both.
I don't have the ability to create things like Lucifiene's. And unlike her, she can also use this to her offense. But the only thing I have is to destroy or protect as I please.
"What must be done?" I asked to myself as I went back to the land of Gold.

It was already past midnight but the Queen was still awake on her bed. I was standing beside the bedroom door and the silence was deafening. It seems that the fire in her heart hasn't been extinguished yet.
"My Queen." I called out to her and I saw her figure behind those curtains look into my place.
"Magpahinga ka muna, Alaron. Hayaan mo muna ako." Wika niya sa isang mahinang tono ngunit sapat naman para marinig ko.
What pains the Queen was...Soleil.
And to think that I kept it from her. That the woman of the Prince was no other than my sister. Not by blood but I know to myself that I never looked at Soleil like she was a stranger.
