Riverside Blvd. (Peter's Perspective)
"What do you think, guys?"
"I like it." Allie helped put the books on the shelves.
"It's like Aunty Ali's house," Andrew commented.
"It is, I actually never thought about it."
"What do you think of me building something like this?"
"I'd be so proud, and you better make me a building too."
"But there has to be a budget. You guys aren't going to make me broke."
"The chairs are so comfy," Amaya said while yawning."Amaya, put some more books on the shelf."
"Alright, I was just taking a little break. August, pass me some books." He handed her the box.
"Hey, I said some, not a whole box!" She laughed and proceeded to playfully push her brother.
"Dad, when can we see our rooms?" Allie asked.
"In just a second babe." The workers were moving furniture and placing books as well. You see, even though we had several people to help us move, I didn't want my kid's lazing around, this was their home as well and they were to help.
"Where's Mama?"
"She's at work, she'll be home soon."
"Daddy, can we see the rooms now?!" Amaya begged.
"Alright. We can. We're going in birth order."
"Yes, I'm first!" We walked past the living room into August's bedroom."This is exactly what I wanted." The theme was to be a dark blue and feature some of August's trophies and soccer and basketballs. The other kids took a look around.
"Can we see mine?" We went a door down from August's and Allie smiled.
