Ninjago: Ninja Life

Monday

(Lloyd's POV)

Yesterday was so great! I actually got to face down my father and I actually won! But I know he'll be back to attack the city soon so me and the others have to stay alert, but right now I have to focus on getting ready for school...

I walk into the kitchen after getting dressed and greet my mom

"Good morning Lloyd" My mom said a little happier than every other day

"Why are you so happy mom?" I asked her puzzled as I ate my cereal

"Didn't you see the news yesterday? Someone is finally standing up to Garmadon!" My mom cheered happily

"Yeah, I guess they are" I smiled and finished my cereal

"Have a nice day at school" my mom said as she kissed me on the cheek as I walked out of our small apartment building

I walked into Ninjago High and couldn't believe what I was seeing, there were so many ninja posters! There were people putting up thank you ninja posters all over the place! I arrived at my locker and did my usual thing, I continued to walk around the school and admire all the posters with me on them! Well technically the green ninja but I AM the green ninja! While I was walking around I spotted the others who were also admiring all the posters, I walked up to them and greeted them

"Hey guys" I said cheerfully

"Hey Lloyd, isn't this awesome!" Cole said looking at a poster with him on it

"It sure is Cole" I replied smiling

"E-even I'm o-on a poster!" Jay said happily making us all chuckle

"Looks like everyone is starting to like you Lloyd" Nya said

"Well everyone likes the green ninja, everyone still hates Lloyd Garmadon" I said sadly

"Cheer up Lloyd, you may not get the credit for saving the day but at least you're doing something good" Kai said making me feel better

"Yeah, I guess you're right Kai" I said just as the bell rang

"Now let us go and attend classes" Zane said as he walked off to his first class

It's now lunch time and me and the others are currently sitting at a table enjoying our lunch and once more admiring all of the ninja posters, suddenly Chad shows up at our table

"Well well well, looks like Garmadon Jr is sitting in the cafeteria" Brad said

"Yeah? So what?" I asked Brad

"Well you're supposed to be outside! Not with us, the good people!" Brad said

"Hey leave him alone!" Kai said angrily

"Or what?" Brad said as he rolled up his sleeves

"Brad leave us alone" Cole said as he stared at Brad who soon backed up

"Fine, but only because you said so Cole" Brad said as he walked off

"Y-you okay L-Lloyd?" Jay asked me concerned

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks guys" I thanked them

"No problem, you're our friend after all" Kai said

We continued with eating our lunch and did our final classes of the day, surprisingly Wu didn't need us at the warehouse today, I guess he's giving us a day off because we defeated Garmadon. I made my way home and had my dinner and went to bed like usual
