Chapter 29. "Hatred and Frame up"

Finally, Kuya Alf called Gavril. We are now on our way to the prosecutor's office. Sabi ni Alexis, Kuya Alf intentionally avoided us to call because this is not a playground for a child to play. But Gavril insist to help him about the case and he asked me if he can tell the about my ability and I gave him my permission, at first I can feel and sense that Kuya Alf is really hesitant to believe of what Gavril said about my ability, not until Alexis helped us to explain and persuade his brother to believe us.

After that day when Gavril, Alexis and I talked about the third case, it is now clear in my mind that it was a murder, the suicide thing is just a trap to make the case confusing. But when Alexis break down his hypothesis based on the things that I have seen in my vision of Francine Domingo's death, we are now sure that it was a murder. But the suspect who is now detained is not the real murderer. I remember how Alexis explain about my vision.

"This is clearly a murder." Nakangising sabi ni Alexis habang titig na titig sa white board. I glanced at Gavril and I saw him nodded in response to Alexis that he is agreeing. Napakunot ako ng noo. They are both still looking on the white board. Salitan nilang tinitingnan ang mga salitang sinulat ko.

Alexis crossed his arms not removing his sights on the white board. "Who is the suspect?" he asked.

"Aldwin Herrera, he is the boyfriend of Francine, the victim." Gavril answered. Alexis nodded as he heard Gavril's answer. Binalik muli ni Alexis ang tingin sa white board.

"How could you need my help with this kind of basic case, Gav. Pumupurol na ba ang utak mo?" natatawang sabi ni Alexis. Nabigla ako at natawa sa sinabi niya maging si Gavril.

"Fine, I have my guess in my mind, but I want also to hear your deductions about this case, compare to those series we are watching this is a real situation, Lex." Ani Gavril.

Nagulat ako nang tumayo si Alexis at nagtungo sa may white board. Sumunod sa kanya si Gavril. Kumuha si Alexis ng marker at may binilugan sa mga salitang sinulat ko sa board. Tiningnan ko ang binilugan niya at napasalubong ako ng kilay at napaisip.

"Extension chord?" tanong ko sa kanilang dalawa. Sabay naman nila akong tiningnan at kumpiyansang nakangiti.

"Yes, this is the murderer used to kill the victim." Sabi ni Alexis na kinabigla ko. Nangilabot ako dahil sa sinabi niya.

"Pero sino ang gumawa non?" tanong ko. Nagkatinginan silang dalawa na tila nag-uusap at nagpapakiramdaman kung sino ang sasagot sa tanong ko. Tahimik lang akong nakatingin sa kanilang dalawa habang hinihintay ang sagot sa tanong ko.

Gavril faced me with his serious expression. "Someone she really trust."

Natulala ako sa pagkabigla sa sinabi ni Gavril at hindi makapaniwala. How could someone you trust could such horrible crime?

"You saw two chairs, indicating that there is two person was inside the room. You also wrote these, the make-ups in vanity mirror, curler iron and the dress on the bed." Alexis said white encircling the words I wrote and he mentioned.

"Ibig sabihin, the victim was actually preparing to go out. And she asked someone to help her." Napatingin naman ako kay Gavril nang magsalita siya.

"The extension chord will be used for the curler iron. And this is what the murder use to choke the victim."The papers and pens spreaded in the whole room explain that the victim tried to free herself from the murderer." Alexis explained.
