“What the hell are you doing!” iritang sabi ko kay Lucas. Binalik niya ang phone sakin at pumasok na siya sa kotse.
“Ella, Is that Lucas? Akala ko ba nasa. . .”
“Carson, I will explain everything. Look, he's my boss and everything messed up. Sasabihin ko sayo pag umuwi ka dito! Please, Wag kang magalit.”
“I understand.” even na nasa phone lang kami nag-uusap ay kita ko ang pagtitimpi niya.
“I trust you, Danny. I love you.”
“Pero ano ba yung good ne—” I haven't finished my sentence we he ended the call. Shocks! He's upset.
Napaupo ako sa daan habang hawak-hawak ang phone ko. Bwisit!

Bumusina si Lucas ng napakalakas at tumingin siya sakin. Binaba niya ang bintana ng kotse at sinigawan ako.
“Come on! We're late!”
“Late, my ass! I'm not going!” naglakad ako papalayo at nagtawag ng taxi. I'm going home!
Makakatawag na sana ako ng taxi pero biglang hinawakan ni Lucas ang braso ko at hinila ako pabalik ng kotse niya.
“Let go of me, You jerk!”
“Where do you think you're going! Ikaw na ang nagsabi ng sasama ka sakin ng matiwasay. You always break your words, don't you?”
“Bwsit ka! Mag-aaway pa kami ni Carson ng dahil sayo.”
“Admit it, He's still jealous on me.”
“Asa ka!” hindi ko alam kung bakit ako namumula. Swear, I hate him.
“See! You can't endure my face. I'm so handsome to be exact.”
“Kapal mo hah! Handsome, my face!”
“You've dated me Danny. I'm cute, handsome and smart.. Admit it, you still admire this cute guy infront of you. You love me? Then end of this story! I just can't understand why you need to date my brother instead apologizing for what you did to me four years ago.”
Huminga ako ng malalim bago ako magsalita.
“You left me Lucas. Why would I chase you?”

Nakarating kami sa isang resort. Aba malay ko ba, swimming pool kasi tapos may hotel. Sure ba talagang client ang imi-meet namin?
“Where's the client? We traveled 3 hours for this.” sabi ko habang humihikab.
Hinawakan ni Lucas ang kamay ko at pumunta kami sa may pool. Inalis ko ang kamay niya sakin. May kinausap siyang lalaki na mukhang staff ng resort. Argh! I'm tired.
“Just stay here, Danny.” he ordered. Nagpaiwan nalang din ako dito dahil maganda naman ang view. Ang ganda ng swimming pool.
I was busy looking for my perfect spot nang bigla akong nadulas. I just found myself on the water at sobrang lalim nun.
“Gosh! Help!” I shouted. There's no staff around. Shocks! I'm drowning.
I try to swim but I really can't. I feel dizzy then everything went black.
