Danny's POV
“Panget, Close your eyes.” hinawakan ko ang magkabilang mata ni Chaster para pumikit siya. Nanghihingi kasi ng regalo eh. Three gifts daw. Ang arte. But that makes sense, Three gifts meaning I Hate You!
“Tss. Bakit ba?”
“Bilang ka muna one, two, three ah.”
“Fine! Dali na.” tinanggal ko ang pagkakahawak ko sa mga mata niya at hinawakan ko siya sa balikat.
“I know it's not a great gift. Hindi yan yung mga natatanggap mo tuwing birthday, christmas o kahit ano mang occasion. But that's special, efforts up and pinaghandaa—”
Chaster kissed my cheeks. It's a big box full of different designs. May shirt, perfume at watch saka unting message.
“You're the first woman who gave me a gift like this.” niyakap niya ko ng mahigpit at hindi na ako nagpumiglas pa. I hugged him back. Knowing, he's a great friend of mine. My gift wasn't enough.
“Bakit ang saya mo? Kayo na ulit ni Lucas?”
“Wish we were. May closure na rin kami. I think that's enough.” Chaster parted on our hug when someone knocked on my door.
“Sige na, Salamat sa gift mo, panget. May pasok pa ko.”
Bumalik na siya sa kwarto niya at saka ko naman binuksan ang pinto. Sumalubong sa akin ang lalaking naka-black cap at mask. “Don't shout!” he ordered.
Tumingin pa siya sa kaliwa't-kanan bago siya tuluyang pumasok. He pinned me on the wall before removing his disguise.
Ang gwapo. . .
“Bee!” I came back into reality when I heard his voice. Shocks, Si Lucas?
“What are you doing here? Paano ka nakapuntw?”
“Wala lang gusto kitang makita. Safe na naman diba?” nilapag niya ang cap at mask niya at umupo siya sa kama ko. Umunat pa siya saka humiga. Tignan mo to'.
“I Miss you, Bee. Wala na ba si Chaster?” he looked at me while fixing his bed position.
“Went to his first sub. Huy, Bakit ka nandito? Paano si Celestine?”
“Shocks! Siya na naman? This time is all about me and you. Bumalik na siya sa Pilipinas.”
“And you?”
“I'm on a business trip for one week. Today is my day off that's why I want it to spend with the gurl I love.” tinapik niya ang kama katabi sa inuupuan niya.
“Sabing hindi na tayo magkikita eh! Paano pag na-issue ka?”
“I'm wearing a disguise, Bee.” siya na mismo ang bumangon. “You're still mine, right?” niyakap niya ako ng mahigpit. Nakaluhod siya sa kama habang ako ay nakatayo sa sahig.
“Lucas naman eh!”
“Don't think about you as my mistress. You will never be, Danny. I don't love Celestine. It's just a piece of paper that holds us together. You're the one that I love. Keep me! Hindi ko na kaya kapag nawala ka pa ulit.”
“Our love needs a strong relationship, Lucas. Mahal kita pero—”
“I love you most, and most.” he kissed my forehead. “most. .” my right cheek. “most. .” and my left cheek.
“Look at you, Pinaparupok mo na naman ako.” I can't hold my tears back. Napaupo ako sa kama at agad naman niyang pinunasan ang luha ko.
“Don't cry, Danny. Nakakarami ka na, Ayaw na kitang makitang nasasaktan. One more tears, I will make you pregnant!”
