Danny's POV
Nasa office na ako ni Lucas ngayon. Actually I'm not late. I can manage my time as usual. About Carson . . He didn't continue publishing his book. I guess humanap siya ng ibang publishing house. I also heard na bumalik na siya sa London and her Mom is now managing the Sanchez Furniture.
Also Dad, Luke's father offered him a higher position on Bustamante. They are now back on business. Actually, I really don't know kung ano ang iniisip ni Lucas sa ngayon. Tinulungan niya ang Dad niya na maitayo ulit ang Furniture Corp and . . His own compentency was her mom.
“Bee!” he called me. Pumunta ako sa desk niya at inabot ang mga layout for the book cover.
“Stop calling me Bee! We're working!” I rolled my eyes.
“Okay, Danny.” he raised his both hands acting like an innocent.
“Tss, What?!”
“Yeah, about it. After this month, Yayain sana kita mag-vacation? Wanna come with me?” sumandal siya sa swivel chair.
“Nope. .”
“Argh! You will come with me! Whether you like it or not.”
“I know! That's why I said 'nope. Nagpaalam ka pa no, Wala rin naman akong magagawa.” I raised my eyebrow.
“Better! About nga pala sa mga gusto mong gawin bago ka ikasal? Have you listed everything?”
Wait?! Listed?
“My father would kill you if you marry me. It's 29 Lucas! I'll kick your ass!”
“Yeah, So better list the things that we can do for the remaining 6 years.”
“Wait, Gagawin ko yun lahat kasama ka?”

Tumayo siya sa swivel chair at pumunta siya sa likod ko. Hinawakan niya ang dalawa kong balikat at tinulak ako pabalik sa desk ko. We're like playing Train Train Choo! Choo!
“Let's date after work. .Finish everything.”
Hindi ko na talaga alam. Is this what you called the wind of change? Parang last week lang ang sungit niya sakin.

“Ready, Bee?” he smiled at me. Kinuha niya yung chair sa gilid at nilagay yun sa harap ng desk ko.
“You're annoying me. Di pa ko tapos.”
Look, I'm busy typing on the computer. We're working backwards for the planned publication date. Kanina pa niya ako ginugulo.
“Stop it. The work's over. Let's eat dinner.”
Tumayo siya at pinatay ang monitor. “Hindi pa nga ko tapos!” I shouted.
Pumasok naman si Kisses at may binigay siyang folder kay Lucas.
“Sir, Yung schedule po for each stage of the process.” sabi ni Kisses.
