! involves a little blood !

---

You swallowed, your brows furrowing in anger as you listened to the hateful words spoken by the girl standing in front of you. You couldn't hear much over your rapid heartbeat as your blood began to boil at a dangerous temperature, but you knew her words were only insults directed toward you and your family. Just that, though, justified why your fists clenched and you swung, nailing the girl right in the nose. The friends that had been bystanders to the situation gasped, not thinking that a verbal argument could turn into a fistfight as you unleashed some sort of demon onto the girl who decided to make fun of your brothers.

You felt a harsh slap on your cheek from the one you attacked, as if that was enough to hold you back. You swung once more, right where you had before, and watched blood squirt from her nostril. You felt a firm grasp on your arm yank you back as the girl started crying as she held her bloody nose. You were sure it was broken now – something you'd be sure to poke fun at if she ever tried to hurt your brothers again.

"Kim (Y/N), you are heading straight to the headmaster's office," the teacher holding you hissed as she escorted you out of the cafeteria and into the halls. You looked back to the girl you punched and smirked at the sight of no one helping her other than a teacher who was inspecting her crooked nose.

It wasn't long until you were seated in the principal's office in a comfy chair as she stared you down with a tight-lipped frown. "Ms. Kim, why in the world did you feel the need to assault Kali in the lunchroom? At this school, we are taught to control our emotions so stuff like this doesn't – err, shouldn't happen."

You took a deep breath at what "this school" taught. "Because," you started, "she has been insulting my brothers and me for way too long, and I couldn't just sit there and let her dish it."

The principal sighed. "I know, you've been in here before about that, as have others. She's a troublemaker, yes, but the school policy strictly forbids this type of behavior. You must learn to channel your anger somehow else – you can't punch another student." Her office phone rang and she held up a finger to you mouthing "one minute" as she picked up. "Yes?... Okay, that is fine. I will get her other teachers to gather her missed work, thank you." She set the phone down and looked back at you. "The nurse said Kali's nose is broken and she's being sent to the ER."

"Good," you retorted, venom dripping off your words.

The principal swallowed. "I'm afraid I'm going to have to call one of your brothers to come here and explain to them why you are going to be in detention for a while. Mind giving me one of their numbers?"

You didn't have to think twice before you recited Yoongi's phone number. Sure, she probably expected Jin's, but you knew Yoongi would handle this situation better. Jin was good for a light-hearted conversation about grades (if that was even needed since you were a top student) and other topics along those lines, but you knew he'd have a cow if he heard about this. After your parents died, Jin made you memorize his number in case you needed it, but later you memorized Yoongi's, too, just in case you ever ended up in a situation like now.

You were sent to the hall for the meantime and just ten minutes later, you heard a familiar voice from down the hall. You watched as Yoongi appeared, looking all business as he walked toward you and the principal's office. He came and stood beside you, waiting to be allowed in. "How bad is it?" he asked, glancing at you past his mint green bangs.

"It's broke," you answered, looking up at him from your seat.

He chuckled to himself, shaking his head as he tried to imagine the scene. To be honest, he didn't think you had that much strength in that tiny body of yours, but he was proud, nonetheless.

The door to the office opened and you heard a calm "Kim Yoongi?" once the principal saw him. "Come in," she offered. The door shut behind him and after your principal explained the situation in as much detail as she could, you heard your brother defend you just like you knew he would. In just a few minutes, he was pushed out of the office with a sly smirk on his face.

Rest assured that you got off easy with that one, even if you had detention. It was most definitely worth it.
