Outsider's POV

Jay got up quicker than ever and made his way to one of the man that had just stepped foot inside the bullpen. Upton and Voight hurried after him, hoping to catch him before he'd do something he would regret.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" He spat at the man, his hands tightened into fists at his side.

"They're going to work with you on this case." Commander Fischer announced, looking unconvinced of this decision.

"No, no, no. They get out of my unit." Voight intervened, not wanting to cowork with them. "Why would they even be an asset to us?"

"They are now specialized in disappearances." Fischer added, sighing. Jay laughed sarcastically at them, as if it was some sick joke.

"That's a good one. They loose their very own detective in an undercover mission and now they are specialized in disappearances?" Jay sneered at them, his eyes shooting daggers.

"They returned at least 30 girls to their families that were kept in a gang for years in under six months. So yes, CPD granted them that title." Fischer told Jay, "I'll be on my way. Figure out a way to work together or this case is out of your hands. You're already lucky that we leave the case in your hands, Voight. Especially since you're so close to it." He glanced at Halstead, then back at Voight. He nodded and left the bullpen, leaving Andrew and Sergeant Smith up there with the Intelligence unit.

"Get to work." Voight told his detectives as he gestured to Smith and Wilson to follow him to his office.

Wilson stopped by Halstead as he packed up his stuff to go home and smirked at him. "Already going home? Trouble in paradise?"

Ruzek, who heard every word Andrew had spoken, turned around and hurried next to the pair. He knew Halstead would react strongly to his statement and he didn't want his coworker to get suspended. He pushed Andrew forward in direction of Voight's office.

"This way, gentleman." Adam told him before joining Upton for the task they had to complete. Jay angrily threw his stuff in his bag, glaring in direction of Voight's office. He had told himself he'd take that night off but he'd come back to work tomorrow.

I woke up in a dark room, my head throbbing as everything came back to my memory. I took a look around the room, trying to figure out where I was. I was tied up to a chair in only my underwear, which scared me because I didn't remember anyone undressing me.

I started panicking as I heard footsteps coming closer to me. A single light was opened in the room and I could now tell that this house was also rigged, only by the way this room was set.
