Workout/ morning routine :)

Hello everybody, here is my morning and workout routine :)

Morning routine :)
1) wake up around 10 or 11
2) get up and drink water ( helps wake you up )
3) brush teeth
4) skin care
5) put on chapstick and lipgloss
6) gum
7) eat something healthy ( i had avocado toast with a smoothie )
8) get dressed ( for literally absolutely no reason )
9) drink iced coffee
10) clean room
11) read book or write in journal

Workout routine :)
I usually work out in the afternoon like around 4 or 5. I eat lunch at 3 since before working out, eat an hour before.

Stretches before working out:
1) knee pulls
2) Ankles
3) side lunges
4) lunches
5) Frankin stein
6) toes
7) heels

Monday's and Tuesday's:
1) knee dips ( 30 seconds on each leg)
2) dot plots ( 30 seconds )
3) box pats ( 30 seconds )
4) Russians twists with 10 weight ball ( 30 seconds )
5) box jumps ( 30 seconds )
Repeat 2 or 3 times

Wednesday's:
1) Knee ups ( 15 seconds on each leg )
2) Weighted sit ups ( 15 seconds ) usually at 10 pound plate or 5
3) weighted squats ( 15 seconds ) 10 pound dumbbell
4) wall runs ( 15 seconds )
Repeat 2 or 3 times

Thursday's:
1) 10 crunches
2) 10 bicycles
3) 10 Russian twists
4) 10 leg raises
5) 10 plank leg raises
6) 30 second plank
Repeat 2 or 4 times

Friday's stretch day:
1) 10 clams on each side
2) 10 donkey kicks on each leg
3) 10 leg in's on each leg.
4) 10 fire hydrants on each leg
5) 10 leg outs on each leg
6) 10 scorpions on each leg
7) 10 leg in, donkey kick, fire hydrant on each leg

Friday's workout day:
1) 30 donkey kicks on each leg
2) 30 squats
3) 30 fire hydrants
4) 30 bridges
5) 30 leg raises
6) 30 lunges on each leg
7) 30 crunch kicks

Friday yoga day:
1) cobra x3
2) downward dog
3) 90° angle
4) warrior pose
5) triangle
6) crescent moon
7) super man
8) tree
Stay in pose on 15 seconds, first time on right than second time on left
