"Mattia, put me down!" I yell at him as we had me over his shoulder and is running around the parking lot. "Mattia, if you don't put me down in 5 seconds!"
He stops running and puts me down, Vic looks at him with a confused face, "This shorty might be short but she can put up a good wrestling match." He says catching his breath.
I went to the car and sat in the back. They both came inside and Vic started the car. "So, y/n. How are you and alejandro?" Vic asked.
"Uh, okay. We're friends so..." I didn't know what to say from that question. "Oh good good. That's good." I shifted in my seat and looked outside the window.
"Listen to this song Mattia." Vic said to him. She started to play, 34+35, she told me she didn't like that song. "It's a good song right?" She asked. "Yeah, y/n told me all about it."
- "Mattia!" Vic laughs with him. They've been talking about god knows what for the past hour and I'm growing bored. "Can you guys drop me off already?" I groan. "Y/n, what's wrong?" Mattia asked. "I just wanna go home and if you guys won't speed it up, I'm getting out of this car and walking home."
They just looked at me, I opened the door and got out. I started walking home with them following me. "Y/n, get back in the car." Vic said. "No, I'm going to call alejandro to pick me up."
I called alejandro and he said he'll be there in 5 minutes. They waited there with me until alejandro got here. "Hey, what's the problem?" Alejandro asks.
"Just take me home." I told him. He looks at Mattia and he just shrugs his shoulders. "Alright, come on." He puts an arm around my shoulder and walked us to his car. I got in the passenger seat and alejandro looked at me.
"What's the real reason you called?"
"They were taking forever to get to my house and they get kept talking about whatever for an hour and I was bored so I called you to take me home." He sighs, "Why did it bother you if they were talking so much?"
"Because i felt left out, okay?"
"It's not about anything else?" He asked.
"No, it wasn't about anything else. trust."

"Y/n, whatever you do don't freak out." Kairi said. "I'm not freaking out kairi. If they're dating, good for them. I- I just thought he liked me and now he doesn't. So, that's cleared up. Let's get to school." I grabbed my bag and walked out the door but kairi stopped me.
"You're in denial. Y/n, if you push your emotions away, they will backfire on you."
"No they won't. Kairi, just trust me. I can handle myself."

It was awkward at our table. No one was talking expect for me, kairi, and alejandro. "I- I think I'm gonna go to class." Kairi said getting up. I waved a bye and he smiles.
"We should go to. So, you can help me with my homework." Alejandro says. I nod my head and got up with him. Mattia looked at me, but I just smiled it off and walked with alejandro to the library. "That was fucking awkward."
"I know. Everything is awkward now." I add. "Maybe tomorrow it will be different."
- It's not different. It's still awkward, even more awkward now that they're kissing.
Kairi made an 'ew' face. I laughed and they looked at us, "What?" Mattia asked. "Nothing. Kairi told me something. We have to go so see you later." I grabbed the both of them and left.
"Thank you for saving us." Kairi sighs in relief. "Trust me, I almost walked off."

I was doing my homework when my phone went off. I got a text from Mattia.
mattia<3: hey, is there something going on between you & alejandro?
y/n🥺: no, why?
mattia<3: you're always with him.
y/n🥺: because i have no one else to hang out with since you and Vic became a thing.
mattia<3: we can hang out tomorrow.
y/n🥺: it's fine. i'll just hang out with kairi.
mattia<3: you sure?
y/n🥺: yes, im sure. now goodnight.
mattia<3: good night.
