I was laying in bed when I heard the door open and close. That means mattia is finally home after being at work for 6 hours. He works on the Saturday and something the weekdays.

"Hey, tia." I smile as he walks in. "Hey." Was all he said. No, hi baby or hello love. Weird. I got up to give him a hug, but he shrugs me off. "What's wrong mattia?" I ask. "Nothing, I'm gonna go shower." He said. He grabbed his clothes and everything he needed and went to the bathroom. I heard it lock and I started to get suspicious. Why is he acting like this?

30 minutes later
I had changed out of my regular clothes to my silk pajamas. Mattia came out of the bathroom, ignoring me. I got up again to give him a hug since i haven't seen him all day. "Back off kenya." He said. "I just wanted a hug and a kiss." I say. "Do you need one every second of the day?" He asked. "No, I just want a little affection from my boyfriend." I say back. "You're so clingy dude. I can't ever just come home to relax without you being on my back, so do us both a favor and stop!" He yelled. My face expression went from worried to hurt and sadness. I've never seen mattia this mad. He called me clingy, I never say anything when he is and visa versa. Why is it a problem now?

"Okay, I'll step out than." I stepped out of the room not wanting to cause a fight. I was in the living room for a little bit and mattia hasn't come out of the room yet. "Well, at least we have a spare bedroom." I say to myself. I went back in the room to grab my stuff and mattia was asleep. "Night mattia." I whisper and kissed his forehead. I walked out and went to the spare room. I laid there for a while until I heard a knock.

Mattia's pov
"So, do us both a favor and stop!" I yell. I look and see her face drop. "Okay, I'll step out than." Kenya walked out of the room. I didn't mean to call her clingy, I was just so mad from work and I took it out on the wrong person. I knew she wasn't going to come back in so I didn't bother to make her. I tried to go to sleep but I couldn't. I couldn't sleep knowing Kenya wasn't by my side, cuddling into me. I heard the door open and I pretended to sleep. I heard her grab her phone and charger along with a blanket. Before she left she whispered, "Night mattia." I felt her kiss my forehead and walked out.

I got up and debated to either talk it out now or in the morning. "Don't be fucking idiot. Do it now." I tell myself. I walked towards the spare bedroom and knocked on the door.

3rd person pov
Kenya debated to let him in or not. Mattia knocked again, "Hey, can I come in please?" His voice had sincere and worry. "Come in." She said. Mattia walked in and gave her a soft smile. "Hi, baby." He said softly. "Hey." Was all she said. Mattia felt a little pang in his heart, but he knew what she was doing. She was doing the same thing he did earlier. "I'm sorry for being a jerk." He sat at the edge of the bed.

"I'm sorry for calling you clingy, you aren't. I couldn't sleep because I didn't feel you next to me. I just had a tough day at work and I know it's not an excuse, but I took my anger out on you and I shouldn't have. I didn't mean what I said, I didn't mean it at all. I just wanted a little bit of space to calm down, but I blew up. I'm sorry amor." Kenya didn't move to look at him. She kept still. He took that as a sign to leave so she could be alone. He got up and kissed her shoulder. "Goodnight love, i love you." He closed the door and went back to their bedroom, all alone.

Kenya knew he was telling the truth, he didn't swear through that whole sentence and that's how she knew he was being genuine. But something inside her kept telling her not to forgive him after he spoke. She listened to it and he left. She sighed and got up. She walked to the bedroom and mattia was officially sleep this time. She sighs and crawled in the sheets. She slowing put her arms around mattia's waist and rested her head on his chest. She stayed there, looking at the wall until she felt his arm go around her.

"I'm sorry." He said. "I'm sorry too, I didn't mean to be clingy." She says softly. "You're not clingy, I promise." Mattia said. She nods her head and gave him a kiss. "Goodnight, I love you." She said as she felt herself fall deep into sleep.

"I love you too."
