"Hey, the boys are coming over today." Alejandro said to me as he sat down beside me. "Are they staying or just hanging here?" I ask. "Staying. Now, don't come out of your room." He said. "I don't always have to listen to you alejandro." I reply and got up to grab a water. "Still, you're a distraction to them. Don't see how and why, but stay away." He said going up to his room. I roll my eyes slightly and smiled when he said kairi was coming over; mattia too, but I've had a little crush on kairi since he first came over.

The door rang and alejandro dashed down the stairs, "upstairs now." He glared at me. "I'll be outside practicing." I said going up to change into my practice uniform. I heard the boys come in and walk to Alejandro's room. I put my spandex and shirt on and grabbed my volleyball. "Hey hey, where are you going?" Alejandro asked grabbing my arm. "I told you,
I'm going outside to practice. I'll be back inside in a few." I say. He lets go of my arm and I walk downstairs. "Hi." I jumped at the voice and see it was kairi. "Sorry you scared me, hi." I gave him a little wave.

He lets out a small laugh, "Sorry. Where you going?" He asked. "Outside, I'm gonna practice." I say. "Can I watch?" He comes closer to me. "I don't think alejandro would like that, maybe next time?" I say putting a hand on his shoulder. "Who cares what alejandro says, I wanna get to know you since every time I'm here; you're in your room." He said. "Fine, but if alejandro gets suspicious, it was your decision not mine." I opened the back door and lined up with the cones I had outside. Kairi sat down on the bench and I set the ball.

I practiced my setting, spikes, severs, and kairi was just, well, staring at me. "Earth to kairi?" I laugh. "Shit, sorry." He said looking down, blushing that I caught him staring. "It's fine, we should probably go back inside." I said walking to him. "Yeah, we should." He said not moving. I didn't move either, we were staring at each other. "You're really pretty." He smiles. I blush at the compliment, "I look like a mess." I laugh. My hair was in a low ponytail and some hairs were out from all the practicing and I wasn't wearing makeup. "You still look pretty." He pauses for a while, "I really wanna kiss you, but alejandro is you know alejandro. It sucks that you're so pretty." He whispers. I dropped my ball and we both went to pick it up.

Our hands touched and we smiled, "what's going on?" Our heads bumped against each other and hit each other's forehead. "Ow." I said grabbing my forehead. "Answer my question." Alejandro said grabbing me and taking me a few steps away from kairi. "Chill out dude, he came to bring me a water and I dropped my ball." I said taking my arm away from alejandro. "See you later?" Kairi said. I nod my head and he went inside. "What was that?" Alejandro asked. "Can you find your chill? Would it be the end of the world if I was friends with your friends?" I said. "Yes, very." He answered. "Why? Just tell me why?" I say. "You're a distraction to them, especially kairi. And it's not a cute to hear my friends talk about my sister in front of me. So, respect my reasons and we won't have problems." He said walking away from me and going inside. I sigh and took my hair out of the ponytail.

I entered my room, grabbed my towels, my stuff, and went to shower. Thank god we have separate bathrooms. "Alexa shuffle Ariana Grande." I say.

"Hey, we're getting pizza." Alejandro said, sitting next to me on my bed. "Cool." I answer. "Do you want anything?" He asked. "Nope, I'm fine." I didn't look at him, I heard him sigh and grabbed my phone. "What?" I say. "Stop with the cold shoulder. You may be mad at me, but the shoulder is not cool." He said. "Not being able to talk to your friends isn't cool either." I say back. "Why can't you just let me be friends with him?" I say. "I already told you. Being friends will lead to one of you getting into a relationship and than I have to hear all the blah blah for one of them. Like I said it's not cute hearing them talk about my sister." He said.

"Do you trust me?" I ask. "What?" He made a face. "Do you trust me?" I ask again. "With my life." He said. "Than trust me to make my decision." I say. "You know that's hard for me," He looks at me, "It's hard not being able to be apart of those decisions. I don't want you to do something stupid and do the same dumb decision I did." He said. "Trust me, I know from right and wrong, but sometimes you have to let me learn from them." I smile. "I know, forgive me?" He asks. "Of course, i do." I smile. I pulled him into a hug and he smiles, "mhm smells like my cologne." He laughs. "That's because it's your shirt." I say. "Well, we'll be out, I trust that you and kairi will behave. Lock the door." He said. "Bye, drive safe. Love you." I yell. "Love you too." He says back.

I walk downstairs and kairi was watching a movie. "Hey, stranger." I say. "Hey, what are you doing?" He asks. "Came downstairs to see what you were up too." I smile. "Wanna watch the movie with me?" He smiles. I nod my head and sat next to him, but kept a little distance. He laughs, "I'm not going to bite." I blush a little. I moved closer and he smiles, "how about right here?" He moved a little closer and put his arm around my shoulder. I smile a little, "that's good." He smirks a little and turns back to the movie.

I let a breath, I didn't know I was holding. We were half way through the movie and I looked up at him, "what?" He said looking at me. "Did you mean what you said?" I ask. "Which part, liking you, wanting to kiss you, telling you that you're pretty or did I say anything else?" He laughs. "The first two." I smile. "Most definitely. Listen, I've liked you for while. It's not everyday I see someone so gorgeous like yourself. As much as I wanna make a move, I know alejandro won't be happy with it. So I kept to myself, I don't want to ruin your sibling bond with alejandro." He said. "Do you trust me?" I ask. "Yeah, I do." He says. "Than trust me with this." I grabbed his chin and pressed my lips on his.

I felt him hesitate from the fear of alejandro walking in, but he soon relaxed and kissed back. The sounds of lips attaching and detaching with the movie playing in the background filled the house. I pulled away slowly and he smiles a little, "Yeah, this definitely isn't going to be a one time thing." I laugh a little, "It's definitely not." I heard keys jingle and I got up and walked to the kitchen before alejandro walked in. "Hey, we're back." Mattia yelled. "We're right here dinosaur." I yelled back. "What did you guys do?" Alejandro asks opening the pizza box. "I just got out my room." I said. "I was watching a movie." Kairi answers getting a pizza. "Mhm, let's go upstairs." Alejandro said. Him and mattia went and once they were upstairs, kairi walked to me and pecked my lips, "see you later." He smiles.

I smile a little, "later." I say. He turns back and winks at me.

Kairi took me out on a few dates, in secret, and on our 6th date; he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes and decided that it would be wrong to keep it a secret, even going out on dates behind Alejandro's back made me feel awful. So, when we got back, I told alejandro about me and kairi. He was mad at first, but got over it. He agreed that as long as we don't do kissy kissy or whatever he said around him, it would be fine. And to not hog him when he's over, which I understand not blaming him, but I'm happy to have both of them.
