"Stop," I laughed at Devyn, "You're too pretty." She tells me. I scoff, "Okay, like I'm pretty." I smile.
"Hey, Devyn." Alex smiles. She smiles and waves and he completely ignores me. 'Yup, that's what you get for being friends with the most prettiest girl in school.'
Half of the guys always talk to her and when guys talk to me, it's usually to get to Devyn.
"Y/n," she says, waving a hand in my face, "Sorry, what?"
"I was asking if you were going to do something today?" I thought for a moment, "No cheer practice, no volleyball practice, no track practice, so yeah I'm free." I joke. "Great, because we're going to the park!" I tried to get myself out of it, "No way, we're going. I'll see you later. Meet me at the park at 6." She gets up and leaves.
I sigh and I just nod my head, going along with it.
"Hey." I look over and it was kairi. "Hi." I say back. "How bad is it?" He asks. "Scale from one to ten, solid 12." I frown. "Come on, just tell her how you feel."
"I can't just do that, she's my best friend. How would it make her feel knowing it's hard being her friend?"
"You have to tell her eventually." He sighs.
---- "Okay, stay right here and we're going to take pictures!" Devyn yells. "Wow, like everyone in the world needed to know that." I smile.
