Joseph called Suzie Q. to settle her fears. Jotaro also spoke to Suzie. (Y/n) was with Polnareff and the others, buying a cart to travel the desert with. She was sitting in the back of the cart with Kakyoin as Polnareff drove. The red haired teen was smiling at the child that was hugging his torso, his friend he met when he was small and played with. He treasured their friendship. The red haired male let her climb onto his shoulder as he called over to Jotaro and Joseph, "Hey, we got the cart! Are you ready to go?" "Let's get this circus to Cairo already.," Polnareff said and patted the wheel.
Jotaro and Joseph got to the cart and everyone was off again, into Egypt's vast desert as they made their way to Cairo. (Y/n) was clinging to Kakyoin's chest and listening to his heartbeat, a habit she had picked up from being carried so much. She liked to listen to heartbeats. "We're so close to where DIO is.," Polnareff spoke, "I'm excited and a little shaken." "I feel the same way, but we have to press forward.," Avdol responded. "We've been through so much together. We've been through so many countries, ate many different types of food, met different people, seen many sights..," Kakyoin added."Fought a lot of stand users together.," the little girl chirped, "And I ate a few." "At least you aren't hunting humans.," Joseph said with a sigh and looked to the sky, "we're going to need to stop up ahead." "Stop? What for, if I may ask?," Polnareff inquired. The old man kept looking to the sky, "You'll see." The silver haired Frenchman kept driving over the dunes. It had been thirty days since they left Japan, they had gotten so far in that time. All of them felt close, like a family almost. It made (y/n) happy to have something like that. Kakyoin patted the girl's head as they rode over the sands and to a ruined temple like structure that was being looked over by another ruined structure. There were lots of columns.
Joseph made the motion to Polnareff to stop there, "This should be good, there is plenty of space here." Everyone got out and the old English man kept his green eyes to the skies. "What are we waiting here for?", Jotaro asked as a sound caught their attention. "They are here.," Joseph said as a helicopter came from over the horizon. A helicopter! A Speedwagon foundation helicopter! What was inside? Food? Supplies? New clothes? The plum haired pillar child watched as the copter circled, searching for a place to land. The helicopter set down. "It's taken a while but we finally got our new ally here, I must warn you though, he has a bit of an attitude problem.," Joseph spoke. Avdol seemed to know exactly who Joseph was talking about, "Mister Joestar! His presence on the team will only be a hindrance!" (Y/n) felt a stand user in the helicopter, and another small energy from father away, she looked up to the ridge above them. It seemed to be a human up there. She heard Jotaro speak, "Wait, ally? You mean this guy is a stand user?" "Yes he is, and his stand is that of the Fool.," Joseph answered. "The fool?," Polnareff laughed, "Sounds stupid." "Be glad he's on out side, you won't be able to defeat him.," Avdol said and got into a small scuffle with Polnareff.
Once the copter had landed, the pilot's door was opened revealing two men as Kakyoin scolded the two. Both were foundation pilots. They gave a greeting nod to the group and got out of the copter. "Mister Joestar, we're glad to see all of you are okay. We have the supplies you requested and are ready to take miss (y/n) back home.," one of the pilots said. "What?!," the girl hissed, "You're sending me home?!" Her small hands gripped onto Kakyoin's leg. "Are you serious?! She is our stand radar!," Polnareff said. Joseph put up his hand stump, "I am. DIO wants something she has, if she follows us to Cairo, she's falling right into his hands.""We'll take you back to Washington, you can go talk to Santana in storage again.," one of the pilots said. (Y/n) had her cheeks puffed up in a pout as the other pilot was unloading equipment. Jotaro stepped up and looked at the pilots, "Which of you is the stand user?" "Neither of us are.," the pilot who was speaking to (y/n) replied, "He's in the back, it was a bumpy ride so he's kind of cranky." Kakyoin knelt down before the little girl, "This is goodbye until we see each other again."
(Y/n)'s red eyes looked down in sadness, "I don't want to leave you guys, Kakyoin. What if you don't come back? Like Esidisi or Jonathan?" Kakyoin's violet eyes widened a bit before he hugged the small but ancient child, "We'll come home. We can play again, like we used to." The plum haired girl hugged him back as he made a small laugh, "I was alone for a long time, but you were my first friend. Then I met Jotaro and the others... Thank you. Thank you for being my friend, (y/n)."
