Aleesha watched the decorators move the pieces around the ballroom that was illuminated with blue lights through the dark lenses of her glasses, although she had a banging headache she still had to come through for the big NFL awards after party that was being held that night. Aleesha was jolted by the vibrations of her phone, she smiled at the contacts before answering

"Yo bitch!" Ray yelled
"Whussup!!!" Aaliyah smiled
"You have no idea how much i miss you two here" Aleesha sighed defeated
"Is the dumb getting suffocating?" Ray smirked "just stay away from Christopher and Joel and you should be okay"
"Nah, it's not that" Aleesha said looking at her friends faces
"what's wrong now love?" Aaliyah probed
"It's just i feel like things are happening too slow for me, you know Erick proposed, and Li is pregnant yet Richard and I have been together the longest and have the most serious relationship" Aleesha vented "i feel like he doesn't plan on moving forward"

Ray and Aaliyah nodded
"I am happy for you guys though" Aleesha added
"We know baby" Aaliyah assures "have you spoken to him about it?"
"Yeah, he just shrugs it off and tells me that no piece of jewellery will define our love" Aleesha said rolling her eyes
"Look, I'm flying in this week sometime, i'll take you out shopping and whatever to get your mind off of things" Ray smiled "fuck boys!"
"Says the woman engaged to one" Aaliyah added
"She says this rubbing her belly" Ray shot back
"If you don't stop i might just start crying" Aaliyah joked "hormones have been kicking my ass"
"My moms been feeding me extra to try and make me chubby so when i come back it seems like i'm pregnant but my system is not agreeing" Ray said

"So how exactly are you going to tell Zabdiel when you come back?" Aleesha asked Aaliyah
"I won't, i'll just stay here at home and never come back" Aaliyah smiled
"Nice try hoe, you're coming back because you need to attend your baby shower and come for check ups" Aleesha said "plus i'm planning it!"
"I dunno guys, maybe i'll see but for now i don't see myself coming home anytime soon" Aaliyah said sadly
"Well i'll be here within the week to help you out with your Richard problem" Ray smiled
"Send ultra sound pictures you dirty whore" Aleesha laughed
"I've already sent them"

Kat pushed the studio doors open, greeting all the boys with a simple wave while setting the brown paper bag of food down on the table

"Get you a girl who brings you food" Joel said coming towards Kat who sway at his hands
"Uh Uh, get you a girlfriend and text her about how hungry you are" Kat said to Joel
"That's tuff" Richard laughed "Chris is busy in the booth with Zabdiel, he won't be out for a while if you wanna leave that"
"For you to eat it? no thanks" Kat said with a laugh "hey, i meant to ask, is everything good between you and Aleesha?"
"Yeah, why?" Richard asked furrowing his brows
"Well i don't mean to pry but last night she came to mines with my sister practically passed out drunk. My sister mentioned something about her being stressed out and wanting to let out steam" Kat explained

"Look I havn't been with Christopher for too long, but one thing i've learnt from the year that we have been together is that listening to each other, receiving body language and just overall communication is what keeps the energy in the relationship positive and constant" Kat advised Richard who nodded at her wise words

Before Richard could answer, Christopher burst through the door with a smile, opening his arms for his girlfriend who hugged him back. He spotted the food and let go of her, scoffing down the Chipotle she got him

"Mmh, i love you so much" Christopher moaned with a mouth full of beans
"Me or the food?" Kat mused
"Do you want me to lie to you?" Christopher shot making everyone laugh
"I thought i could steal you tonight to be my plus one to the NFL after party that Aleesha's hosting" Kat smiled at Christopher
"Wait, what party?" Richard asked
"Oh boy" Kat sighed "It's for the awards"
"How come she didn't tell us?" Joel asked
"or invite us" Zabdiel added
"i mean... if you guys wanna come i'm sure she won't be mad" Kat shrugged
"then it's a date" Erick said

Aleesha gave herself one more look in the mirror, kicking her heel up to look at her shoe before grabbing her phone to look at the time. She took a couple of pictures to post later on Instagram and grabbed a clutch to put her gloss and phone in. When she walked into the packed venue she was more than happy to see her vision come together

The place looked amazing and Aleesha was proud to say that it was her doing. She grabbed a glass of champagne from the tray the waiter held, mentally telling herself to keep it all classy tonight because she was the hostess. Aleesha spotted her superior who was talking to Odell Beckham Jr. He waved her over

"Odell, this is Aleesha she is responsible for all of this" He introduces
"Wow, great to know a beautiful woman is behind all of this, it's amazing" Odell complimented "defiantly what i need to celebrate 7 wins"
"I heard! congratulations to you" Aleesha said extending. hand
"Thank you" Odell smiled taking her hand for a shake
"Are you going to introduce me or not?" Ray said from behind Aleesha
"Oh my fucking god" Aleesha yelled out bringing her best friend into a hug "fuck sorry, excuse me"

Aleesha grabbed Ray's hand and pulled her towards the buffet table
"Bitch you said you were coming this week!" Aleesha scolded
"I'm surprised you didn't notice i was at an airport" Ray laughed
"You have no idea how happy i am to see you" Aleesha said
"Aww don't cry please" Ray said pulling her friend into a hug
"I'm not crying for you bitch, i wanna get wasted but my boss is here" Aleesha said wiping under her eyes
"I'll take that for you then" Ray smiled grabbing the glass out of Aleesha's hand

Ray moved to take a sip only to have the glass snatched from her grasp roughly, luckily none of it spilling onto her. Ray moved to yell at the person who did that only to find a rather angry looking Erick standing next to her

"What the hell do you think you're doing?"He said setting the glass down
"I'm quenching my thirst, get up out my shit" Ray said
"You're drinking champagne and you're pregnant" Erick scolded
"Uh right! i am pregnant! fuck i forgot" Ray said shaken
"You are one lucky woman, you still look amazing and you're what 4 months pregnant" Joel pointed out
"Uhm i need your help with something please"Aleesha said pulling Ray away

Once they were successfully out of the boys sight
"Fuck fuck fuck" Ray panicked
"Calm down, okay we can do this. We need to get Aaliyah down here without her knowing Zabdiel is going to be around. This cat and mouse game is not working sooner or later you're going to have to give birth" Aleesha explained
"Urgh Erick is going to be devastated" Ray sighed "wait, what if he asked me to marry him only because of this baby?"
"first off stop talking like you're pregnant" Aleesha said "second off, he'll just have to deal with it"
"Guess now we have a plan to put in motion"
