When New Year's eve rolled in, everyone was just about ready to get the year over and done with. Concidering all that happened in the span of a year it was ridiculous. Since Kat's challenge had finished earlier than anticipated, the kids had been returned back to the house and Aaliyah wouldn't take her eyes off Theo and Mia while Sienna clung to Ray like a magnet.

"You good there bro?" Erick laughed seeing Ray sigh as she was able to peel a sleeping Sienna off her arm
"Fuck you you know" Ray hissed at Erick
"Gladly, my room or yours?" Erick smirked
"You share a room dipshit" Richard said slapping the back of Erick's head
"Well since we have kids around, i guess the plan of getting wasted at midnight isn't going. to happen" Aleesha sighed heavily
"Cute that you think you were getting wasted to begin with" Richard smiled at Aleesha
"i mean... we could ditch and get wasted" Ray shrugged
"Right and leave them around highly flammable objects that could cause imminent death" Aaliyah said coming into the living room with Mia on her hip and Theo crawling behind her excitedly
"I keep forgetting how much of a Debby Downer you are sometimes hey" Ray said picking Theo up
"i'm just honestly speaking the facts" Aaliyah shrugged taking a seat next to Zabdiel

Mia squealed and jumped out of her mother's lap into her fathers. She wrapped her small arms around his neck trying to balance herself on his thighs. Mia looked into Zabdiel's eyes smiling before burying her face in his neck as he rubbed her back soothingly.

"I'm not going to lie i never thought Zabdiel would be such a great dad" Joel said suddenly
"Nah the one who shocked me is Erick, honestly with the amount of dumb juice he has a week with Christopher i thought he would be a bad dad" Richard said
"I'm so hurt" Christopher said placing a hand over his heart
"You stay hurt" Ray laughed
"Can i just say on behalf of the boys, by bringing these kids into the world you made them better people" Richard said to Aaliyah and Ray
"Well technically Ray didn't bring Sienna into the world" Aleesha said
"I'll beat your ass" Ray said throwing a pillow at her
"But you did bring Sienna into my life so thank you for that" Erick smiled at Ray
"Awe so sweet" Christopher said wiping away a fake tear "now alcohol"
"Kids!" Aaliyah said
"We'll be discrete and adults about it" Christopher said grabbing his car keys "coming nena?"
"Yeah lemme grab my phone" Kat said getting it out of the charger
"See yall later" Christopher said slamming the door

As if on que Ray could hear Sienna softly say her name as she tried to find her in her dazed and sleepy state.
"We decided to have children for what again?" Ray sighed putting Sienna on her lap and she handed Theo to Joel
"I didn't have a choice" Aaliyah cleared up
"So if things were different would you have not had the twins?" Zabdiel asked carefully
"Honestly?" Aaliyah said "no, i would have waited until we got married"

Ray, Joel, Erick and Kendall visibly seen Zabdiel's face drop at Aaliyah's words. In his chest, Zabdiel's heart felt a pant of defeat and hurt, it was as if Aaliyah regretted the twins as a whole, as if she was still questioning his loyalty towards her. Ray opened her mouth to cut the tension but the door opened as Reina walked in with 2 bottles of red wine

"Pour me one huge glass" Ray said loudly
"No" Erick yelled after her
"I'll be responsible. Just one glass" Ray pleaded "pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-
"Just say yes" Joel cut off
"Fine" Erick said "but put it in a normal cup so Sienna doesn't ask questions"
"I mean it wouldn't hurt to ask" Kendall shrugged
"And what would you say to her Kendall?" Ray asked coldly
"This is what you drink when you're married" Kendall tried to joke
"Last i remember you ordered a glass of red wine at tjat restaurant before you tried me and i got your ass" Ray said cool
"Uhm Reina!" Zabdiel yelled out
"I mean how would you know? you're not married are you?" Ray smiled "damn, i forgot i decked you in the cheek"
"i've got it!" Riena said having her a glass and sitting down
"Was it in the eye or the cheek?" Ray asked
"Actually Ray-
"Phew here's your wine my love" Erick said shoving the glass in Ray's hand
"Nah i wanna hear what this relationship whore wants to say" Ray said pushing it back
"You know maybe if you shut up and listened to her you would know what she has to say" Joel said annoyed
