Ray smoothed her dress out, taking a look at herself in the mirror. She had her hair done to the tea and her make up was flawless. The girls were in the next room getting ready so she was alone at the moment aside from her make up artist who was helping her with her dress. There was a knock at the door and Ray yelled for the person to come in thinking that it was one of the girls but instead came in her mom

"Mi hija" she whispered
"mami" Ray smiled
"You look amazing" She said embracing her daughter
"mami please don't cry" Ray said fanning her face
"I'm sorry it's just that, just yesterday i was helping you tie your hair for school back in Puerto Rico and now now i'm handing you over to the Colón's to take care of you" She sniffed
"And we're going to take care of her" Ericks mom said coming into the room "you raised a woman, and we're more than happy to have her here"
"Thank you mami" Ray smiled at Erick's mom "i promise to take care of your son"
"I don't doubt that" she smiled setting a kiss on her hands
"Oh bitch you look like a princess" Kendall gasped from the door
"Kendall" Aaliyah scolded

"Thank you guys so much" Ray smiled
"Are you ready mi amor?" Erick's mother asked

The girls helped Ray down to the car, where she got driven to the church. Ray took a deep breath and hooked her arm into her fathers who kissed her forehead softly. The doors opened and everything slowed and drowned out. Ray couldn't help but lock eyes with Erick from down the isle, his eyes welled up with tears

Yes he had seen Ray wearing a wedding dress not even a month ago but the fact that she was wearing one now and walking down the isle to say "i do" to him just made the moment even more special for him. She looked heavenly and he couldn't even put his thoughts into words.

he was snapped out of his thoughts by Ray taking his hand into hers as her father handed her over to him. Her father gave Erick a knowing nod which he returned before looking over at Ray. As the pastor spoke to the congregation, once again he drowned out his words focusing his mind on Ray. Make up naturally done, he still couldn't wrap his head around what was happening

"The couple wrote their own vows so let's hear it" The pastor said taking a step back
"Erick i first met you in during orientation week and you were this little cute lost boy who didn't know how to make friends or even get around the campus. When i got to know you i developed a crush but being the beautiful soul that you are i knew i could never compete with all the girls that were swooning over you but you proved me wrong. I wanted to thank you in front of everyone for taking this little rough girl from Puerto Rico and loving her the way she is, accepting her flaws and all and just moulding her to become this wife. I never expected to be married before 21 but here i am standing not only in front of you and our families but God too and telling you that Erick Brian Colón i love you to the moon and back and until the day you dig my grave and put my under that love will never change" Ray finished off with a small sniff wiping under her eyes

"When i first laid eyes on you, i saw this spicy firecracker who was always down to have a great time and that's what drew me in. The fact that you never let where you came from or what people said define you. You kept me going in times when i felt like giving up, encouraged me to do this music thing and helped me juggle it, without you i don't know where i would be right now. When i got on my knee to propose i knew i'd never in my life find another woman like you and i'll never regret this decision ever. You asked me a couple of months ago where i wanted to kiss you and i told you in a church in front of our parents and you laughed but here you are, as stunning as ever looking like the angel that's been blessing me. You stole my soul, my heart and now my surname. I love you Ray Armonía Rodriguez" Erick finished off with a smile
"with that being said do you Erick Brian Colón take Ray Rodriguez to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do" Erick smiled
