Zabdiel slammed the door of the house, walking in while muttering to himself something incoherently. He paced up and down running his hands through his hair while tugging it every once in a while

"You know you could go bald from doing that" Ray said from the couch scaring Zabdiel half to death
"It's close to midnight what are you doing up?" Zabdiel asked
"Watching a movie" Ray shrugged "Erick's old ass went to bed"
"I better join him" Zabdiel said moving to leave
"Oh Sienna's probably beat you to it" Ray said
"What? no join him in sleeping not in bed" Zabdiel cleared up "the fact that you would allow that is scary"
"What? i've cuddled with Aaliyah and Aleesha before they arn't bad actually you've got yourself a keeper sir, her cuddles put a bitch to sleep" Ray babbled on
"I'm sure they do" Zabdiel answered

Zabdiel's eyes snapped to the headlight that were pouring in through the closed curtain. He rolled his eyes knowing very well it was Aaliyah coming home.

"Ray" he said stopping Ray's little babble on "I would really like to hear more about your college adventures with Aaliyah but-
"Zabdiel i swear i can explain" Aaliyah said setting her bags down
"What can you explain Aaliyah i was there, i saw it all"Zabdiel dismissed
"So what do you want me to do huh? quit what i love?" aaliyah asked
"Actually-
"Wait what? You can't make her do that Zabdiel thats selfish" Ray piped up
"Ray this has nothing to do with you" Zabdiel said becoming annoyed
"Actually this has everything to do with me, she's my best friend and i don't like the way you're going about this situation" Ray said getting up "If Erick told me i couldn't be what i wanted to be because he was jealous of someone i'd sign those divorce papers faster than he could comprehend. Because a relationship is about mutual happiness and respect and loyalty for each other. Yes i get that Sebastian is a flirt but you should trust Aaliyah enough to know she wouldn't do that to you Zabdiel and the fact tjat shes standing here tryna fix things is beyond me cause i would have left you so fast i'd leave skid marks"

"Ray" Aaliyah said giving her best friend a hug
"This is all coming from the girl who won't even hear her sister out right?" Zabdiel mumbled
"I'm sorry what was that? you wanna say it with you chest bruh?" Ray asked turning to Zabdiel
"I said coming from the girl who won't speak to her sister right" Zabdiel said looking Ray in the eye
"Hold my phone please Li" Ray said shoving her phone in Aaliyah's hand

Before Aaliyah could even open her mouth to protest Ray was in front of Zabdiel, cocking her hand back and in a blink Zabdiel's head whipped to the side.

"You have no idea what the fuck happened between me and my sister and if you bothered to ask like a normal person you would know that the hurt runs deeper than a conversation would ever solve" Ray spat before grabbing her phone and storming upstairs

Zabdiel looked at Aaliyah who raised her hands in innocence
"You know how she is" Aaliyah said simply "and you knew not to poke the beast"
"I'm sorry" Zabdiel said simply grabbing a tissue
"You should be apologising to Ray" Aaliyah sighed
"No, i mean i'm sorry for just poping up at your place of work and for being selfish" Zabdiel said spitting some blood into the tissue
"i probably would have popped off like that as well if one of your video vixens was that touchy" Aaliyah said wiping some of the blood off his cheek "damn she really made you bleed"
"Yeah" Zabdiel chuckled
"Should have known she was a warrior when she broke a whole nose" Aaliyah chuckled "Now who put the babies to sleep while you were snooping around"
"Joel" Zabdiel said "before you freak, he did it while on facetime so i know they're okay"
"You think that assures me?" Aaliyah asked "lol, i'm going to check my children"

Ray closed the door quietly, leaning against the door. What Zabdiel had said was replying in her mind, causing her thoughts to swirl like a tornado as her emotions began to rise. She hadn't realised that Erick was calling to her until he took her face into his hands. She opened her eyes to see him worriedly looking at her

"Mi Amor breathe please" Erick pleaded seeing her breath going irregular
I-i can't" Ray struggled
"Please amor, just mirror me" Erick said calmly taking a deep breathe in

Ray watched through her tears, mirroring him to the best of her ability before getting her breathing to become normal. She collapsed to her knees.
"I'm so selfish" Ray staggered out
"No you're not" Erick said simply "C'mere"

Erick lead Ray over to the bed, moving Sienna over to Ray's side gently as he sat Ray inbetween his legs and put her had on his chest (bruh she finna wake up with indentations of your ribs on her cheek💀)

"You hear that?" Erick asked rubbing her back
"your heart?" Ray asked
"It beats for only you and Sienna" Erick said
"You're so cheesy i could puke" Ray giggled
"Well you must love it since you married me" Erick smiled
"I must have" Ray smiled back

"I'm bored" Aleesha said to Richard
"Hi bored i'm Richard" Richard said still not moving to open his eyes
"I'll kick you out of this bed if you drop a dad joke again" Aleesha said
"Go to sleep then" Richard mumbled snuggling into his pillow
"Let's prank everyone" Aleesha said excitedly
"I'm not tryna lose a bone because of Ray or have Aaliyha poison my food so no" Richard said
"Please baby" Aleesha tried
"no" Richard said
"You're really no fun" Aleesha said defeated
"Love you too" Richard said giving her a quick kiss
