Zabdiel wheeled Aaliyah into the lobby, informing the woman at the desk that she was in urgent need of care. A band of nurses came to take Aaliyah, allowing for Zabdiel to follow her as she tried to breathe through the waves of pain that kept coming in intervals
The doctor rushed into the room, examining Aaliyah cautiously before officially putting down the statement "You're already 6cm dilated" which caused Aaliyah to erupt into cries of panic as Zabdiel held her hand
"I can't- he's too small Zabdi please" Aaliyah cried "Amor this is out of our hands" Zabdiel said kissing her forehead "it's about to happen baby" "He's too small Zabdiel" Aaliyah cried "He's a strong little boy, don't worry he's going to be okay amor he just needs you to do your part okay" Zabdiel asked Aaliyah
Aaliyah simply nodded "Tell everyone- urgh" Aaliyah said only to be cut off by another wave of pain "We'll til them soon right now we need to focus on you" Zabdiel informed her
For the next 16 hours Zabdiel spent trying to calm Aaliyah down. He had had multiple things thrown at him and the blood almost cut completely off from his fingers as she squeezed his hand when the pain washed over her. By now Aaliyah was sweating rivers as she tried to keep her breathing steady. The doctor came in for what felt like the millionth time and checked how far she was
He confirmed that she was ready to give birth and with that she was wheeled to the appropriate room. Surrounded by nurses Aaliyah grasped onto Zabdiel's hand, squeezing it hard, she listened to his voice as he soothingly spoke her through the painful process, asking her to push much rather than telling her, when the satisfying cries of their baby rang through the room Aaliyah let out a breath of relief.
"Right Mrs De Jesús one last time" The doctor said situating himself between her legs again "One last time what?" Aaliyah asked breathing heavily "There's still another baby" He said "I'm sorry what?" Zabdiel asked "There's no time for questions push" He said urgently.
On that note Aaliyah began the entire process again, squeezing a rather dumbfounded Zabdiel's hand as she pushed her second baby out. Zabdiel grabbed the scissors and cut the umbilical cord of both children before they were carted away for examining as they were both 2 months early.
Moving next to Aaliyah, Zabidel moved her hair which had stuck to her forehead out of her eyes, giving her a bottle of water and stroking her cheek.
"So 2" Zabdiel said looking at his exhausted girlfriend "Guess we need to get another crib and stuff" Aaliyah mumbled "Get some rest Amor you did a great job" Zabdiel smiked kissing her forehead

Aaliyah watched cautiously as her friends held the babies in their hands, they had been examined for everything and results came back negatively. The twins had developed pretty quickly and were ready for out. Mia struggled in Ray's arms before settling again with a yawn
"Papi can i please have one?" Ray asked looking at the baby "Let's see how New York goes then maybe you can have one" Erick answered with a slight laugh "So you mean to tell me Theodore's fatass was blocking Mia that's why they could not see her?" Aleesha asked "Hey don't call my child that" Zabdiel scolded "i guess you could say it like that" Aaliyah giggled "I'm so happy for you guys" Ray said with a small squeal setting the newborn into her bonnet "thank you" Aaliyah smiled "Well i better get going to pack for New York, speedy recovery friend" Ray smiled hugging both Aleesha and Aaliyah "Treat my friends well or i won't hesitate- "To get on a flight to whoop our asses" Richard finished "Glad you got the memo" Ray smiled
She gave her friends air kisses before disappearing out the room, Erick behind her. Aleesha set Theodore down next to his sister for his nap which he gladly took. She sat on the bed by Aaliyah's leg
"You really scared us back there" Aleesha confessed "I know, i scared myself thought i was gonna give birth in tv e back yard" Aaliyah joked "but now comes the stress of not having enough things because we didn't know about Alexia" "Oh that's fine, Richard and I will get you guys everything you need" Aleesha offered "when you come hone Alexia will have everything she needs" "You're a lifesaver" Aaliyah sighed "i know"
